Lodges are spot on. Lovely little break. We stayed in bijoux and there was no cons. We were welcomed with a cute little basket of treats. The lodges were spotless and very clean and well maintained.. The living area was really cosey with a little fire with colourful and dimmer lighting options to adjust to your choice. The beds were really comfortable and again spotless. The hot-tub was clean and a nice warm temperature. We stayed for 3 nights two weeks ago in November so and I can honestly say the lodge was very cosey and modern I could actually live there. The resort is located a ten minute walk to a near by train station which was very handy to have a break from driving down the country roads. There is a town centre 5/6 miles away with yours truly McDonalds and the good old Morrisons. We noticed others even getting shopping delivered by local stores. The staff are friendly and help with any enquiries you have. I would definitely recommend and stay again had a lovely time. Thank you.

I have no other words for this resort other than incredible from start to finish. Check in is super easy, 2 minutes and your on your way to your lodge. This was our second visit to the resort and we are already looking to book our third. We have stayed in chaffinch 20 which was lovely, 2 bedroom with both on suites and a dressing room in the main bedroom. This time we stayed in number 18 Marie and again it was beautiful, 3 bedrooms, master with on suite. The lodges are sparkly clean on arrival, I love the little details such as heating on, lamps on and welcome basket which makes you feel right at home. We had a dish washer/ large fridge freezer/ wine cooler/ all the pans and utensils you could ever need. Beds are incredibly comfortable. We have only stayed each time for 4 nights, next time will definitely be longer. We bring our dog who absolutely loves it here and actually squeals with excitement on her way in to the park. There are large fields to be able to play ball. The views are incredible and it’s just such a lovely area. Main Tesco’s etc is only 15 minutes drive which is super handy, also pubs / take outs in close area too. The staff here are super friendly are always visible throughout the day for if you needed anything. They come and check the hot tub and re fill if needed. Honestly just such a friendly atmosphere. Cannot wait to return for the third year. Can see us coming back time and time again it’s that incredible. Highly recommend.

Great stay at Maesmawr Farm resort - we stayed in a bijoux lodge which was more than enough for me, my husband and our two schnauzers. Lodge was even more than expected, lots of space & storage, very clean (spotlessly so!), well looked after hot tub & had everything we could possibly have needed - iron, fan, hairdryer, every kitchen utensil and pot or pan required! The oven trays were even ready lined with foil. Lovely little welcome hamper of crisps and chocolates, tea, coffee sugar and milk to tide you over until you get to a shop. Really helpful info folder for places to eat, taxis, shops plus a host of local attractions. We spent an afternoon at Aberdafyi beach with the dogs which was well worth the drive and a day at the three bridges waterfall which was a tough walk but made us feel like we definitely earned our lunch on the way back (which may or may not have included afternoon tea!) followed by a hot tub to relax our aching muscles 😁 Would recommend fish and chips from Caersws and Indian from Bahar - both delicious! If you are looking for a resort with plenty to do onsite the this isn’t it but if you are looking for somewhere to truly relax and do as much or as little as you want in the area then book it now! We are hoping to book back in before Christmas?!

We chose Maesmawr farm for its proximity to Caersws and the bike park. We stayed for a week because it was such excellent value for money. We loved it. The site is so well maintained. So peaceful, we really were able to relax and escape the real world for a little while. The hot tub was perfect. The maintenance team were second to none and attended to our every need. We will definitely be using the site again as a base to explore Wales. Thank you to the friendliest site we have ever been on x

Late summer break in September was spent at this very quiet park. The lodge itself was well equipped and quite comfortable for a week +beds and pillows too soft for me so I slept on the sofa) Lots to do within a radius of 40 miles. Nothing on site except the hot tub.

Had the most amazing long weekend in Marug at Maesmawr Farm! Marug is a beautiful, spacious, well equipped and importantly very clean lodge. It has a wonderful, cosy feel - plenty of room for a family. The welcome hamper is a great touch! Everything about this lodge is impressive! Great decor, extremely comfortable beds and the jacuzzi - Wow! It’s huge, big enough for at least 6 adults!!!!! The location is brilliant as it’s tucked away in a corner with parking for two cars. The surrounding countryside is stunning, so beautiful as you would expect in luscious Wales 🥰 Marug is a great base for exploring local areas such as Hafren Forest and Elan Valley. Can’t wait to return to this beautiful lodge and farm.

This was a luxury lodge with a hot tub. Very relaxing quiet site with views of the mountains which is truly magnificent. Julia was extremely helpful with regards to maintenance, hot tub etc, and is the back bone of this site. You can clearly see Julia loves her job and greeting guests. We had a welcome basket which had crisps, popcorn, bottled water, Welsh cakes, sweets etc etc. We also had washing up liquid, soap, toilet rolls, bin bags etc (enough for a couple of days). We though the wine cooler was great! Oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hair dryer, clothes dryer etc....we stayed in Skylark which was clean and tidy. Thank you Julia for bring such a helpful kind caring member of the team!

Luxurious and relaxing. Stayed for 4 nights in one of the Premium Lodges. 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, very clean. Evenings spent watching the sunset and the stars from the jacuzzi. When you are looking to recuperate, we cannot recommend this highly enough. Booked through Hoseasons who said it had a dishwasher, but sadly it didn’t but that wasn’t an issue.
