We visited the restaurant last night for their valentines meal. We were not disappointed. The nachos and pulled pork were just scrummy. .. as was the chicken Kiev! Plenty of food, a varied menu; helpful staff and a delightful ambience. The red rose was a lovely touch too!

We chose this hotel because its location was close to an event we attended. Our room was large and well appointed although the furnishings were a bit dated. Rooms are in the progress of being refurbished. Check-in was good with all the staff we met being efficient, friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves traditional food but well-prepared with good ingredients...

If you're looking for a hotel in this area, look no more. From the moment you arrive the service you receive is nothing short of outstanding. My room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The high level of service was maintained with the young waiter/server in the dining room. He was extremely professional, courteous, smart and efficient....

The hotel had been recommended to us so we took a friend we were staying with near Aberdovey. A lovelyTudor building set in beautiful countryside. The Sunday lunch was excellent food and service. Looks a wonderful place to stay.

We had our wedding at Maesmawr back in October 2016. We knew it was the perfect venue from just one visit. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. The main room and hotel all had space and charm. Leading up to and on our wedding day all staff, were fantastic, welcoming and professional. We dealt a lot with Lee and...
