Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was our third stay in Hotel Reichegger for NYEve. Usually we are 10 people from Bulgaria traveling for ski in Dolomiten. The place is wonderful, the service is unique- always helpful and fast! The location is perfect- quite and with very nice view, close to the ski slops by bus or by car; also strategic - you can go to Alta Badia, Arraba, Cortina d' Ampetzo just for less then hour. All of the group are skiing, except me- but I have never got bored. The are a lot of sport activities, shopping and sightseeing you can do during the day. The spa zone is clean and very comfy. The dinners are amazing, and after dinner there are two playrooms, where you can spend some time with your friends together- playing games or just chatting. Here I feel at home - so cozy and relaxed!

We, a group of 10 Canadians, selected this hotel for our Euro ski vacation based on a reasonable price and without anyone’s recommendation. We were more than happy with our selection. Everything was above our expectation. We were given an exceptional service and unforgettable meals. The crew was amazingly fast, friendly and skilled. In addition to a quick access to the Kronplatz ski center, the hotel is conveniently located with a reasonable driving distance to a lot of famous Tyrolian ski centers like Cortina d’Ampezzo, Val Gardena, Alta Badia,… A great family run hotel. We thank you for everyting. Zana, Slobo and friends

I stayed in the hotel for a week of winter skiing. I met a very dedicated, friendly staff. A very clean and quaint hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much. My child enjoyed the kids play room. Food was very good. The bar was open into the night which allowed for quality evening conversations with friends. Thank you, Marek

Very nice hotel settled in an authentic, non-touristic tyrolean village, very kind staff and owners, the young lady at the reception speaks perfect English, breakfast was the best we had in Dolomites area and the view from our balcony to the little hill with the castle on top was just unforgettable.

Hi everybody! I have found this hotel just accidentally on internet 2 years ago. Because of its location at a quiet place outside of a bussy skiing centre and an exhausting offer of facilities it attracted me very much. I would never regret my choice! But what was not written anywhere it was a fact, taht the people, who took care of our family were unbelivably polite and kind. The dinner was every single day a fantastic culinary experience. The spa region was never overcrouded and more than sufficiently equipped. Moreover the price level was suprisingly positive. I really wish to return there in the future. If you want to ski Kronplatz, Klausberg and Speikboden - the right starting point is just here!

Located in a village nestled in a valley within 10 minutes of some beautiful treks, this hotel offers a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, the staff very efficient. The hotel, traditional tyrolian houses, is charming and impecably clean. Dinner and breakfast are tasty and generous, perfect for pre- or post-treks. And all of this for a reasonable price. All in all, a great stay. Vielen danke!

We stayed there for nearly two weeks and it was a really great holiday. Hotel is very well kept, rooms are clean and cosy, feel like at home. Public areas are always clean and well decorated. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A half-board was included, buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, 5 course dinners were just scrumptious. The spa is opened daily and it is well equipped with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. It a great way how to relax after the skiing.
