We stayed there for a couple of days for work, the place is great we had dinner the first nigth and it was great, very good wine, the place used to be the house of the church next to it it has 400 years but the place is very well conserved, Remy is a small town so you may not...

Great night in the "Chambre Gothique" at the Manoir Saint Charles. Catherine was wonderful and so welcoming. We arrived at Charles de Gaulle on an early flight from Miami. Our bedroom was ready at 11 am and we were able to take a shower and relax before going sightseeing in the afternoon. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with...

Madame Catherine is the heart and soul of the Manoir. She provides the warmest of welcomes and nothing is too much trouble. Franglais is the language of the day so don't worry if you don't speak much French, a few gestures go a long way and its part of the fun. If you're after a cheap B&B, this isn't the...

Stayed here for one night on our way to Limousin to break up the journey. The room was lovely and quiet - had a great nights sleep! Off road parking available, which was good since our car was packed. We had dinner and I was 7 months pregnant and nothing was too much trouble. Dinner was a traditional French fare...

When we go to France we always stay in chambres d'hotes. In the past we have stayed in places that were similar or better/nicer than this one and where we paid a lot less. The room is nice but does not justify 140 €. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Very good bed: we did sleep very well. Breakfast is good....

I had the chance to return to Manoir St Ch after a couple of years as my business brought me to the area again, and was curious to know if the place lived up to my happy memories of the previous stay. Same friendly welcome, same well furnished comfortable room, same superb home cooking and same great value (Eu115 per...

Stayed here two nights while visiting the chateau used for Merlin TV series, and the forest where the first world war armistice and the French capitulation to Hitler in 1940 were signed. Quiet village and lots of parking. Excellent welcome and a beautiful looking room with some style and personality with a shared balcony running across back of house, although...

My husband and I stayed for just one night on our way back from Limoges on route to the tunnel. This hotel is only 2 hours from Calais. This little hotel is just stunning. We stayed in 'the tour' room which is in the turret and it was so beautiful and cosy we didn't want to leave. The bed was...

My husband and I stayed here to break our journey back to the Tunnel. What a treat we discovered in this very quiet and elegant village of Remy. The building is beautiful with its towers and it has a lovely garden and pool area. The decor is very chic throughout. The beds are so comfortable with lovely soft feather/down pillows....

My husband and I wrapped up our 9-day Europe trip with our moms at this B&B. The location was absolutely perfect for our morning flight from CDG. Only about 35minutes (even during Monday morning rush hour) from CDG, plus there is even a convenient gas station 5km from CDG right on the route (perfect for that rental return). We did...
