We have just returned from a three day b&b break at this very friendly pub. good clean ensuite room, lovely breakfast and well cooked and presented evening meals, with a good menu choice. We enjoyed our stay and will no doubt return.

The welcome was friendly and the food excellent. Service was good. The bars are original and a wood fire gives a nice atmosphere. There is plenty of room...

Love this place and it's super dog friendly, a nice walk down to Lynmouth or Watersmeet. The only downside...

Have stayed here twice in recent months and can't speak too highly of the place. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food and beer great and Phil and his staff could not be more welcoming. Perfect pub atmosphere!

We stayed for 2 nights/3 days with our dog, Billy, and it really couldn't have been better. Great range of ales, good home cooked food...
