We normally tend to stay in a hotel rather than a B&B but after this experience we will definitely look to stay in a B&B more often. Mike came and greeted us in the car park as we arrived and we felt like from this moment on Mike and Caroline couldn't do enough for us. This ranged from Mike lending me some petrol because I foolishly let my tank get a bit low to making us packed lunches for our walks, one of which we forgot to ask the night before and they still prepared them for us within the hour in time for us to go out. Mike also gave us great tips on walking routes with better starting points and directions. We were also given plenty of tips on which order to do things due to the weather changing quite often as well as other things to do which we hadn't initially planned for. Breakfast was lovely and made to order and again we felt like our hosts couldnt do enough for us. The homemade jams were lovely. If and when we return to the Brecon Beacons we would definitely return here

Unbeatable relaxation, bed you sink into and never want to get out of, fresh air, clear views of the stars, able to dry boots overnight and hike straight from the door with a packed lunch provided by Mike and Caroline. My third time using this wonderful B&B as a base to explore the Brecons. I will be back again next year!

We stayed here to do the Four Falls walk. The owners Mike & Caroline are very friendly hosts. We stayed in the Hayloft, the room was beautiful with an impressive bed and furniture and a nice ensuite, it was very clean and comfortable. There is a large lounge with board games, books and information on things to do. Breakfast was excellent, well cooked and very attentive to our requirements. Mike photo copied a map of the walk giving us good advice to help make the most of our day. We really enjoyed the walk and appreciate your tips. Thankyou

Me and my husband stayed for 2 nights. From the minute we arrived it was a warm, friendly welcome. The room we stayed in "The Hayloft" was beautiful, with gorgeous old furniture. My husband is vegan and the host was very attentive to ensure all of his dietary needs were met. Highly recommended.
