1-minute walk from Shikotsu Toya National Park. There is no wifi here. So just relax, enjoy the surrounding nature, the healthy food, the fresh air and the onsen. The restaurant serves a very wide spread of Japanese dishes. The sushi and sashimi are fresh. The tempura is freshly cooked, and the beef is tender and juicy. The onsen has both... More

Our first night stay at hotel for our 8D7N Hokkaido/Tokyo Tour with VYoung Holidays in Bandar Puteri, Malaysia. Hotel is far away and remote, no internet connection and zero English but front desk people are nice. The room is divided into 2 section, 1 section has 2 beds and 1 section has a low table with four no leg chaisr... More

Due to closure of dai-ichi meisuitei, we had to stay at dai-ni meisuitei. Last time we stayed at dai-ichi and I think in terms of enjoying "onsen", dai-ichi is better. Horo-horo sanso is too noisy because of dogs carried by people who will stay at Horo-horo. However the beauty of staying any of Dai-ichi, Dai-ni meisuitei or Horo-horo sanso, you... More

It was dark when we were got to the hotel but we did not see the surrounding. The hotel itself is pretty big. The onsen is great! Different pools with different temperature. Did not try the outdoor one as it was ladies night but the feedback from the ladies were very good with snow falling on them as they were... More

The onsen here is pretty good. Not only they have the outdoor onsen like jacuzzi style and the look the of a regular swimming pool with a tiny water slide for kids. It was snowing when we were at the outdoor onsen, it was absolutely magical. The indoor onsen clearly states the temperature of each pool which is amazing. They... More

Stayed a night in Daini Meisuitei with my family of 4adults. Was debating between a stay at this hotel or the sister's hotel, Meisuitei which is about 15mins walk away. Decided to stay in this hotel because of the outdoor swimming pool. Booked a room for 4 adults. The room comes with two single bed and a tatami area where... More

You can make your way to this spa, using the free shuttle service (2:30 - 3:00 hour drive) from the Sapporo Bus Terminal, that is right next to the Sapporo JR Station. The shuttle must be booked in advance. The room we had, is a typical Japanese onsen Western style, with two beds, TV, fridge, etc. The traditional Japanese style... More
