Stopped here over night on a tour, We were told 4 star hotel OMG I wouldn't even give it 2!!! The room was disgusting, Bed covered in fag burns, The bathroom was filthy with no hot water. The fridge had mould growing inside. It was awful. The meal at night was disgusting I had a buttered French stick for dinner....

The hotel has potential. It's in a good location for a stopover after a long drive from Northern Tunisia. It's such a shame the conditions of the hotel are so poor. Rooms are really old and in urgent need of renovation. Food was not too bad when compared to other hotels in Tunisia. I would have given 3 stars, but...

This should be a great hotel. This modern building is constructed to look like a desert fort and inside it's laid out around a huge swimming pool and although I both arrived and left in the dark, you could see that it should be a good place to stay. Unfortunately, I like most of the other reviewers stayed here as...

We stayed for 1 night on a Sahara Experience Tour. It was clean, safe and the food was OK, but you have to remember that it is not main stream star rated luxury. I would not want to spend a week there, but as a 1 night stop over it was adequate. A couple in our party told the guide...

A disgusting place, the dinner was chaos, cold and inedible. The room was filthy. Freezing cold and after having spent a day on a coach, a camel ride, a shower was desperately needed. The waiting staff at dinner commanded money out of me for drinks before I had even ha. Chance to sit down...rude!?! We had to share a table...

I can only repeat most of the previous reviews. We also went on the 2 days Thomas Cook Sahara explorer and had to spend the night at this particular hotel. Meals were OK but no choices, rooms very poor basic in need of a lot of work eg. TV not working, only a soap dispenser on the wall no other...

Overnighted as part of a Sahara desert trip. The hotel isn't great - in our room the TV, fridge and air con were all not functioning. We didn't bother complaining though as we were there for such a short period of time, so perhaps it would have been possible for the hotel to fix that. Dinner was unexciting. Annoyingly we...

Spent only one night here when we were on Sahara explorer 2 days trip. We stayed only one night in this hotel, but it was horrible. Around the pool it is very nice! That is the only thing is good in this hotel. First we got a room where toilet water was on the floor. Then we got a new...

I nearly didn't book the 2 day TTS sahara trip because of the negative reviews I read here before travelling. It was my birthday and our silver wedding anniversary on the first day of the tour and I didn't want the day ruined by having to stay in what I feared was going to be a "Hell Hole". Imagine my...

Went here as part of Sahara explorer tour organised by TSS / Thomas Cook. This place looked fine from the outside should have stayed there not gone inside. The dinner was pratically inedible, went down for breakfast at half six (opened at six) and was no food left so went without. Staff were rude would rarely speak to you And...
