Good. Can be better.

Good hotel. The staff are friendly. But I felt the LeMeridien standard is missing. May be the property is old. Needs a facelift. Executive lounge was good. They had a decent spread of snacks in the evening.

AYUH SPA is very very good!

The ayurvedic spa at the hotel premises is extremely good. It is very clean and they use good products.The staff take very good care of you. Special thanks to Mr.Pratheesh for the very relaxing massage and taking extra care for my back pain.
