La Tintoria was one of our favorite places to stay on our 3 week tour of Italy. The old, stone building houses several en-suite rooms, with fireplaces and a common sitting area on the upper level, with a charming restaurant on the first level. Our visit here changed our minds about ever revisiting Italy. If you want a beautiful location with excellent accommodation in a family run converted farmstead with Michelin star-worthy cooking and the warmest possible welcome and friendly owners set in a blossom filled hilly location less than an hour from Bologna airport - then book this place asap.
