A typical tatami room with an en-suite toilet and a kitchenette. There is an electronic stove, a microwave oven and an electrical kettle. At the charge of 500 yen per day you can get a set of condiments and kitchen ware for 4 pax. Unfortunately there is no knife included.

It's facilitated with heated floor as well as a air-con/heater, so the room is well too warm in winter. It's spacious for 2 pax, perhaps a bit crowded for 4 pax though.

Just like every traditional Japanese accommodation, it's clean though basic. The onsen is great, really soothing after ski. As no water is provided at the onsen, I would recommend you to bring along your own to cool down after using the onsen.

I made an enquiry about ski rental via email (mailbox address on their website) before our trip. It's answered within 2 days. The owner though with limited English had tried very much to help and and to provide information.

The only offset is the location. As we drove, so it's...

“2-storey, no lift, so if you don't want to walk too much, ask for the first floor rooms, though it may be a bit noisy then.”
