Brian’s breakfasts are superb - got us up Snowdon with no lunch required. We had a lovely stay, clean rooms and large comfy bed. Also we had excellent local knowledge of the area on hand from our host.

Shame we only stayed one night! We stayed in the cottage and it was perfect.. clean comfy everything you could need.. the bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it! The draw of the shower though was enough to move me! The location is just perfect and the hosts very helpful

Ideal place to stay in a small quiet village without all the tourists at your front door, but still very easy to find and close to drive to many places . We were made to feel very welcome by Bryan, who is an excellent lovely host. Bryan makes a superb quality breakfast made to order, it was so filling with options of Full Monty and continental. We would let him know the night before what time we wanted to eat to suit our day plans. Such great service! Our room had plenty of space and had a huge comfy bed with a private bathroom across the hall. It had a fancy massage shower and spa bath, which was amazing after a long day hiking in the rain and wind.

Stayed here for 4 nights as we had booked to do the zip world parks and Snowdon. The location is perfect; 15 minutes drive to Snowdon and shops as well as a 45 minutes to state Caverns and a 10 minutes from Penrhyn Quarry. Bryan was our host throughout our stay. We arrived to a lovely welcome with him showing us to our room, giving us some information on where the best and closest places to eat as well as showing us different places on a map. This helped us to get our baring as we arrived late evening. The room was fantastic, clean, comfortable and had a big bed. There was a kettle in the room with a variety of hot drinks and biscuits. These were stocked up every day. We had the Green room which had a private bathroom across the hall with a Jacuzzi double bath and a jet shower/ steam room. Felt like we had our own little spa. Bryan made us delicious hot breakfasts in the mornings of our choice. Which had to be selected the night before with a time we wanted. As well as a hot breakfast there was also a choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and toast if we wanted. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you Bryan.

Stayed here for two nights with my brother, to go to the Zip Wire. Our room was warm and comfortable. Shower was great. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Owner Bryan was friendly and had advice on the local area. We did a walk near Lake Ogwen that he suggested and it was rugged but beautiful. Half hour walk to Bethesda, which we did once. Got the bus next time. It leaves opposite the pub, which is a couple of minutes away. Great stay. Diolch!
