We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were so very helpful and can't rate them high enough! The room was beautiful with a spa both and views of the snow. Breakfast was included and the buffet was often just us as the hotel was quiet at the end of the season. However they still made sure it was just...

We stayed 2 nights on the weekend. The hotel didn't reply to our message trough the hotels.com booking although we asked the pick up from the bus terminal station so we emailed them directly. They replied quickly but they said they can't pick us up as our arrival schedule is late night (11pm) but they can arrange a cab instead....

The hotel is a beautiful Tudor (faux) mansion. It just looks beautiful with the white snow & forest. The staff is very friendly and helpful and spoke limited English but enough to get messages across. We were there for skiing & my review is based on that perspective. We had the family room which is an attic 2-storey room. It...

Had 6 nights at this wonderful place. Ideally located a short 150m walk to the Sakka Quad chair. Ski rental, pub, restaurants all within easy walking distance. Bus stop at the front with free shuttle into town every 30 mins along with shuttles to the other ski resorts also. Our room well appointed new modern spa bath. Our son unfortunately...

I can not fault the service or location of this unique property. We were so well looked after. The hotel was clean and spacious. We had breakfast every day and dinner one night, the food was excellent. The hotel is a short stroll to Ski rental shops and other cafes and restaurants, it is also only a 15 minute, easy...

A scenic European style hotel nestled in the woods close to ski runs. Have never encountered better service in any form of hospitality. Very clean and well presented. We saw a fox in the woods whilst eating in the restaurant.

It has a European luxury hotel feel . The staff are very friendly and ready to help. We have spent 1 night here and love the place already. The breakfast is great , it's not a buffet but prepared according to ones dietary preference. The hotel is in the woods so the greenery is amazing

Everything about this hotel hits the mark. We were picked up by shuttle at the Hakuba bus station for a quick 10-minute ride to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival the welcoming staff are already at the front door to greet us and take us to the lobby area where we were served with snacks and coffee/tea while checking in. Mind...

Quirky little hotel! Hotel staff were always willing to help, the hotel is in a good location, close to lifts and some bars. There is a rental place next door if you dont have your own gear. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the driveway to get to other mountains. I was travelling with a group of...
