I couldn't have hoped for a better time in the gorgeous little village of Hakuba and the guys at the Lodge were definitely the main reason for this. Nothing was too much for them. They were helpful with everything from local knowledge, dinner reservations, recommendations of where to go and how to get there, the odd Japanese lesson to amazing...

Serenity Lodge was an ideal location for us as a family visiting Japan on a skiing holiday. The house itself is situated within the village making it very easy to walk to Happo 1 (for skiing) and for access for dining and shopping. Our stay was made complete by the excellent service provided by Josh and his staff. Transport was...

Morino lodge provided amazing accommodation and service! During our stay we received 5 star treatment. Nothing was too much trouble - dinner bookings, train tickets, ski rental, trips to town, pick ups and drop offs from skiing. Thanks so much!!

Serenity lodge is a well appointed house within walking distance of the restaurants and gondola in Happo 1. it is a short walk to a smaller lift and is in a great location to access Happo one ski area and other local ski areas. The accommodation is really sensible for two families travelling together and is set up with 2...

We actually stayed in one of the chalets "Serenity" but the same team looked after all our needs. From the outset the Morino team was great, providing thorough information and showing incredible patience for all our questions and changes. Arrival into Hakuba was smooth, they found us another lodge for the first night as they were fully booked, then moved...

A group of us stayed at the Solitude Lodge which is managed by Morino. From the moment we contacted them about a booking til they delivered us to the bus when leaving, they did so much for us. A special mention goes out to Josh who ran everything to a very high level, he couldn't have been more helpful. If...

We stayed with the fantastic Morino Crew in their 'Serenity' and 'Solitude' Chalets. From our initial inquiry, all the way till we were on the plane home after our ski holiday, we felt as if we were royalty! The two houses are next to each other and right at the base of Happo One ski area, so it was really...

Great rooms, large and very comfy beds. Good breakfast and pizzas at night. Coffee machine was not up to Sydney standards. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Also got dropped off at night to restaurants as the lodge is a little out, however Hakuba is very spread out. Shuttle bus to lifts and other resorts very close at Hotel Tokyu....
