This is our second trip to this hotel and it is still our favourite ski hotel! We came 7 years ago and found it to be the friendliest and easiest access snow hotel we have ever been to! It is still the same!! The amenities are perfect - mix of old and new. It is located just a short 250m...

Friendly hotel with great staff. More than accommodating when it came to running us to places in their mini bus or helping us organise ski hire, find lost equipment etc. A good range of food at the buffet (we dined for both breakfast and dinner). The onsen was popular with some of our travellers. The hotel shop has a range...

A central, comfortable place to stay. Very accomodating. Lots of seating to overlook the snow falling by a warm fire place. The staff are so accomodating, the shuttle there to drive you when you need dropping off or collecting. Next door to Rhythm, ski and board hire (great coffee there) Toshiya Otsuki one of the members of staff was awesome,...

Got a good rate here on a budget hotels site and slightly off season. Given the Web info about it I thought maybe there was a catch, like maybe it was being renovated and we'd have to tolerate jack hammers all day or something. But no, it was all legit and it's a really nice hotel with great staff. As...

January 2016 was our second visit to Hakuba and the Mominoki hotel. Whilst thinking about your stay in Happo One it might be tempting to dismiss the Mominoki but let me tell you that is probably a big mistake. All depends on what you are looking for but if its facilities and sociability plus the best Onsen in town them...

room was tiny, but bed was comfortable. bathroom was VERY tiny. having a fridge in room was nice. the view was nice, too. Onsen onsite was the biggest perk. Restaurant was great, and the staff was kind.

In snow season, we stay at Mominoki almost every weekend. Friendly staff, good food, clean room make us feeling like at home. And dipping into the onsen, or outside hot spring bath, after a day of skiing/snowboarding is simply the best!

The free hotel shuttle greeted us at the bus station and delivered us to a warm inviting lobby with a spectacular bar/lounge - an area where we would spend some time - particularly during happy hour. Our room wasn't large but quite functional with 2 casual chairs under the window. The bathroom had a big step up to it and...
