    Outdated hotel with excellent onsen

    今年の11月末か12月の上旬に行きたいと思っていますが、毎年、雪がその頃、降りますか?また、降った場合は、其方に伺うのは、車では大変ですか?
    以前１１月上旬に、水上ホテル聚楽に宿泊した際に、夜に雪が降り始めて、翌朝雪で一面銀世界になったことがありました。幸いチェックアウトする頃には雪はやみましたが、道路はいたるところに雪が残っていました。普通のラジアルタイヤで行ったものですから少々不安でしたが、ホテル関係の人が一般道路に出るまでの道路は、雪かきをしておいてくれてあったし、国道では、どんどん雪は溶け始めていたので、ラジアルタイヤのまま帰って来られました。水上周辺だけで、関越道は全く雪はなくなっていました。 １１月上旬の雪は珍しいケースかも知れませんが、雪の可能性はあると思って、チェーンかスタッドレスの用意はした方が無難です。
