Lovely small town hotel in the main square. You can always tell the good ones. They are run with a little passion. Room was lovely and clean, great big bed with nice linen. Just all up together. Lovely staff and the restaurant was the icing on the cake.... top notch.... 5 stars

Tend to eat here each time we are in Moutiers. I prefer the summer when you can eat in the square opposite. Very accomodating staff if there are a number of you. Good shade also when it is very sunny. They also do not tend to rush you, which is very important.

We just had a fabulous dinner at the really nice restaurant. The salad was out of thos world with a nice combination of shrimp, avocado and grapefruit. Desserts are well worth it as well. The restaurant/ hotel is under new management and the staff was very friendly and super helpful, with really good english. We will be back before we... More

The superior room is small, badly organized, with bulky furniture and poor quality carpet. Lack of taste in interior design is striking. Decent bathroom, though. Breakfast meets the minimal standards: ham, cheese, coffee, tea, croissant (if you wake early). The staff is not professionally trained, they act as people passing by, lending a helping hand.

We were booked to stay here last night. On arriving at around 6pm, we found a sign in the window stating simply "Ferme" (closed). All shutters shut and no sign of life. Writing review to therefore warn anyone due to stay here shortly or thinking of making a booking! No idea if closure is temporary or permanent. On a quick... More

We booked a room with a bath through booking.com and were allocated a room without a bath. We pointed this out the male receptionist who was very unhelpful .....telling us it wasn't their fault and we should take it up with booking.com. We kept calm and asked for his help to resolve the problem and he just kept shouting !!!!... More

Stayed here for 3 days. Had a privilege room which was, I think worth the extra. Ate dinner twice, both nights excellent and I must mention the croissants that I had for breakfast every day. Delicious. A well run hotel that made you feel welcome. very comfortable beds and my bathroom was newly done with a large bath and good... More

We didn't stay at this hotel but we had food in its restaurant and we had a lovely meal. I had Onglet beef steak, very tender, highly recommended. Staff are very helpful and attentive, they would make suggestions for food and wine. Excellent place to eat if your out in Moutier for a day, which we did.

My wife and i stayed here on a Friday night on our way up to Les Arcs the following day. It is easy to find being located right in the middle of town, parking is right outside - the welcome was warm, sadly the hot water was not ["very busy", said the owner] in fairness it did run hot later... After the skiing holiday we went home, our bus got panne. At 11pm we found a room in the Auberge for one night. A nice and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast and lunch. Despite the circumstances, highly recommended.
