'Les Bouts' is a beautifully renovated farmhouse with three en-suite bedrooms located just outside the village of Sainte-Osmane, forty minutes south east of Le Mans. Our beautifully renovated farmhouse is set in secluded grounds of over 5,500 square metres with private, gated access. A lot of love and care has gone into turning our home into a warm, welcoming and beautiful place to stay. Enjoy modern comforts in a sympathetically restored French Longere farmhouse. Original oak beams, newly fitted solid oak floors, handmade oak doors and shutters give a rich, warm feel to the rooms. All our bedroom have king sized beds with crisp white hotel quality bed linen and towels. Two ensuite bathrooms have showers, the third a roll-top bath. Guests are welcome to use the lounge provided for them. Coffee and tea making facilities are always available. Surrounding the property are spacious grounds with seating where guests can enjoy the relaxed nature of the countryside.

Travelling from the Dieppe Ferry we were several hours late (extreme rain and car breakdown) but were welcomed by Philip & Julie, complete with a 3 course meal, with wine. The house is well appointed and spotless, with quality bed linen (and mattress overlay) - supremely comfortable. A continental breakfast with options included fresh croissants, goats' cheese, fresh bread and a choice of freshly brewed coffee or infusions. Additional "extras" (evening meal & local tax) were payable by card. Faultless and so peacefully quiet.

The accommodation was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The bed was sooo comfortable! We had a balcony with chairs overlooking the garden and it was very peaceful. There is a nearby village with a beautiful Chateau and a great Pizzeria! Philip and Julie are so welcoming and happy to give advice and information about the local area. We would highly recommend this Chambre d'hote and wish we'd stayed longer than our two nights. We definitely plan to make a return visit.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this chambre d'hôtes. All details are perfectly matched and of good quality and very clean. Julie & Philip are very friendly people. We enjoyed our two-day stay at Les Bouts de Rallé.

This was our second stay at Julie and Philip’s wonderful farmhouse. We can not recommend this place enough, it is peaceful and tranquil but easily accessible to Loire valley. The accommodation is beautiful and finished to a high standard. We have stayed in the sunset room with it’s lovely terrace and also Orchard room both are very comfortable and spacious. They are wonderful hosts , very friendly with great attention to detail. We will be back , thank you

spent a nigh with Julie and Phillip in October. Their home is off the beaten track but in a very tranquil setting. Everything was outstanding - the room, the grounds, the hosts, the food.... We had dinner and it was like an evening with old friends.

What a fantasticplace to stay. The hosts are absolutely lovely, very attentive and cannot do enough for you, but equally respect your privacy. The rooms are beautiful, very high spec, tastefully furnished with extremely comfortable beds and high quality bedding. Having stayed in some beautiful boutique hotels, our stay was of equally of similar quality but with a lovely personal touch. The house and grounds are very pretty and the ducks are so endearing. There really isn't anything I would change and even the meals were outstanding. Phil and Julie are simply the nicest and kindest hosts and we cannot wait to return.

I stay with this lovely couple on a regular basis as their beautiful B+B is just off my travelling route. The rooms are stunning, tastefully decorated and Julie and Phil are amazing kind hearted hosts who cannot do enough to make your stay welcome. its a home from home where i can be spoiled! This is without doubt the best B+B I have ever stayed in!

Fantastic location,in the green. Rooms beautiful and clean. Host is a couple of britidh who rules the they are really nice. It is possible to.have a beautiful dinner paying a little cost apart. I went there for work, but is a place where one can also foresee a Holiday.

From a warm welcome to wonderfully appointed rooms this country retreat takes some beating. The hosts cannot do enough to make your stay perfect. Tea and cakes on arrival, an optional 3 course evening meal (delicious), fresh croissants every morning, idyllic surroundings and beautiful grounds. A little of the beaten track but better for it with restaurants and bars within 10 mins and Le Mans a lovely drive through rustic villages. Well worth the visit and we are looking forward to returning soon.
