Just back from a wonderful week down Devon staying at Middle Lee farm cottages . What can I say , truly beautiful cottages in a lovely quiet village with stunning views . Me and my two adult children stayed in The Harrow , it was spotlessly clean with fresh flowers , a pack of local biscuits and even milk in the fridge ready for us on arrival . The very comfortable beds were made up and towels are provided excellent when after a long drive you can start relaxing soon as you get there . The cottage has everything you need , a large tv and DVD player , a fully equipped kitchen that even has a dishwasher , two comfy sofas and a table and chairs and most importantly for older kids free super fast reliable WIFI . It also has a excellent large raised deck area attached to the cottage with a table and chairs and even a bbq it’s very private and a great place to sit and chill . The cottage is set in three acres of land , two large paddocks , one has a football net and large space and even two gorgeous Shetland ponies and beautiful well kept and abundant gardens there’s a small orchard with a bench overlooking great views to the church in Berrynarbor you can hear the bells ringing. There is also a raised terraced area with a couple of benches and seats and a small play area equipped for toddlers. And last but not least the owners Lisa & Craig and their son Adam , absolutely perfect hosts there usually about pottering in the garden and keeping the place spick and span , they let you get on with your holiday but are great for advice on local eating and drinking spots . Thank you Lisa , Craig & Adam we loved it .. Tony , Conor & Niamh McCall

We stayed in 'The Harrow' which is a beautiful 2 bedroom cottage for 6 nights, in such amazing surroundings, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, wonderful outside areas and everything you would need catered for.
Lisa & Craig are amazing hosts, on hand at anytime, so friendly and welcoming.
We would not hesitate in recommending Middle Lee Farm to our family and friends, we will be actively encouraging them to book. Thank you Lisa & Craig for such a wonderful stay, we will definitely return

Really enjoyed our week with family in Berrynarbor. Middle Lee Farm is in an idyllic location, well-situated with ease of access to local towns and beaches. The cottages are beautifully decorated and pristine. We stayed in ‘The Barn’ which was cosy and comfortable throughout and we particularly enjoyed being able to spend quality time with family in the communal areas in the evenings. Would definitely recommend - thanks for a great stay!

We stayed in the barn for a week in April and we were not disappointed. The barn is a perfect place for couples to stay. It is well equipped and cosy. The grounds are well maintained by the hosts who are available onsite. They are really accommodating and truly make sure that your stay is a perfect one. We had access to our private garden. There are also some other seating areas within the grounds for shared use and there is a paddock which is ideal for dogs. It really is a perfect place to stay and is so peaceful. I would most certainly recommend.

Stayed in "Harrow" for a few nights break
Beautifully presented "upside-down" cottage.
Plenty of living space, immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need. Lovely decking area for the cottage, plus very well kept communal terraced gardens.
Spotlessly clean barbecues available for use with charcoal.
Open barn area with table tennis, table football, dartboard and a variety of outdoor and board games available for use.
Host Lisa is very helpful and always available for any questions or to help out if necessary.
We found the cottage lovely and tranquil.
Toddlers play area in grounds and a large playing field with football goal across a very quiet road. Also 2 beautiful Shetland ponies to get to know.
Village is a short walk away and very picturesque, local campsite pub very close by (short walk) with good food.
Combe Martin is around 1.5 miles away, Ilfracombe around 3 miles away.
Will definitely return as soon as we can.

Spent 5 nights in the Plough cottage at Middle Lee Farm for October half term with the kids and had a great week. The cottage was lovely and cosy. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a stay. The grounds were well maintained and picturesque with 2 shetland ponies my youngest loved feeding. There was a great covered area with table tennis, darts and bar football for the older kids. We had a decking area attached which was great to have a drink and look out at the fantsatic views. The hosts, Craig & Lisa were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help out. The location is superb for exploring north Devon. The village itself is lovely with a great local pub for good honest food and a community ran shop selling great local produce. We will definitely be coming back here.

If you ever get the chance to book here, definitely do it! You won’t be disappointed. Middle Lee Farm is a perfect get away in a very beautiful, quiet and peaceful part of Devon. The Hosts Lisa, Craig and their son Adam were all very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation and grounds are very clean and tidy and the surrounding views are beautiful.
The location is great and within a short drive you can get to all of the beaches and surrounding towns with no problem.
I’d definitely recommend staying here if you are looking at going to Devon.

We stayed in the Plough cottage for a week. We started the week break with a party of 6 plus our 2 small dachshunds for the weekend and then reduced to a family of 4 for the rest of the week. It was great to get away for all. The accommodation was perfect for all of us. The games room was also nice and we took full advantage of the table tennis table, whilst trying to beat my son, who was very competitive. There is a grass area available to play football, next to paddock for 2 shetland ponies Biscuit and Robin.

Some really nice local places to visit. The children all went bodyboarding at Woolacombe beach, which was only a short drive away. The local pub (The Globe Inn) is very friendly and the food was very nice. Sandy Cove Hotel is also a must with great food and views and only a short drive or walk away. We visited the National park Heddon Valley with great walks and views. Lynton and Lynmouth with the cliff railway and plenty of little gift shops to buy gifts. Some many places still to visit.

I would like to thank Lisa and Craig for their hospitality throughout the stay. Everything was perfect. We will be back again soon to visit more beautiful places in Devon and create more great family memories.

What a lovely place to stay, perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the normal hustle and bustle. Ideal for exploring the beautiful beaches, Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton to name but a few, within easy reach. The cottages are set in lovely gardens and there’s a paddock where your dog can run free. After a day sightseeing take a stroll up to the lovely village pub, Ye Olde Globe. At Middle Lee Farm you’ll be made more than welcome by Lisa and Craig who are always around if you need them and nothing is too much trouble. You certainly won’t be disappointed by this gem in the Devon countryside.
