I booked this hotel for myself and my parents, unaware that they had already booked elsewhere. The hotel owners were very understanding and were able to offer us a reasonable solution, meaning we didn't occur any charges. Highly recommended customer service. Looking forward to visiting another time.

My husband and I have recently had a 3 night stay here and had a friendly welcome from the owners. We were in the anexe and found the bed very comfy. Breakfast was excellent a large choice from cereals , fruit , and a full English breakfast which my husband thought the egg was cooked each time to perfection, then...

Lack of attention to detail. Our room in annexe was good but disabled friends were put in a small room up steep stairs. Booking for other friends had been forgotten. Rear garden dirty and not accessible. No comfortable place to sit in evening.

I stay here several times a year and thought it would be worthwhile to comment again for continuity. Whilst the number of rooms available has reduced slightly the quality has not. Great quiet nights sleep, big comfy bed, good wifi and a nice hot shower. Great breakfast freshly cooked. I won't book the Premier Inn in Highcliffe again!

Immaculate, modern bedroom with gorgeous ensuite. Great to be able to have a swim. Breakfast was of great quality and very tasty. Friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

A group of us stayed at this B&B for a night. We booked three rooms, three months in advance of the date. When we arrived we were greeted by a condescending gentleman who made snide comments. After requesting a Business receipt he changed his tune. The shower room was literally the width of a single shower by 6ft with shower,...

Stayed for four nights in August. Lovely hosts, a few niggling things but in the main a very pleasant stay. Lovely swimming pool, nice freshly cooked breakfast. There was a comfy sitting area which would have been nice to sit in the evening to mingle with other guests. This wasn't possible as the door was locked during the evenings. The...

I stayed here in August 2016 with a friend, when we arrived we were greeted by Michael who I can say is extremely helpful and friendly. We were then shown our room which was clean and tidy. The room was very comfy and beautifully decorated, the en-suite was very clean. There is a swimming pool and a sauna which are...

If you want to visit somewhere you haven't been before, a little way from all the noise of a high street to have a luxury break just the two of you? This is your answer! Our room was modern and decorated beautifully, the en-suite was very clean and homely. They offer sauna and swimming pool facilities which were exceptionally clean...
