We were given a lovely room - 1 double bed and 2 singles - and there was only 2 of us so we had a very spacious room. Overlooked the car park which wasn't noisy at all. Staff helpful. Bed comfortable, clean room. Location is fantastic. Easy walk to the Highcliffe Castle and then down to the beach. Nice little...

Our room was very clean and tidy with excellent staff in reception. Although just off the high street there was bird song only to be heard in the morning. The beach was just a stroll away left down the high street and right at the lights.

Thanks again to all the staff at Premier Inn, Highcliffe who made us so welcome on our recent stay (Easter Weekend). A very nice comfortable, large room for the 4 of us. A very hearty breakfast too - thanks to all the restaurant breakfast staff who coped well with a busy weekend!

It's within about 20 mins walk from the seafront, around 40 mins walk to a really nice local eaterie or two (including Noisy Lobster). We opted for a family room (1st floor) which was fine, not...

Having stayed in previous Premier Inn's, this was definitely below average which was disappointing. The room was not particularly well looked after with curtains that would not close and a faulty door. The Whitebread Inn had very slow service, the quality of the food was poor and it appeared to be the 'local' for some very undesirables!! On the plus...

Jenny8798, Thank you for taking the time to review Christchurch/Highcliffe Premier Inn. I am sorry to hear that your experience with us was not up to the usual Premier Inn standard. I have asked our maintenance team along with the housekeeping team to ensure all curtains and doors are fully operational, and any issues will be rectified. I have also...
