Sent a lovely week at the delightful Primrose Cottage situated in the beautiful village of Levisham. The cottage has lots of character, nicely furnished and excellent self catering facilities. Michael & Heather the owners are very welcoming, the little extras on arrival were appreciated especially the gorgeous lemon cake & homemade marmalade, our daughter loved the farm animals & pets who were all very friendly.

After a long journey, it was a delight to relax in this warm cosy cottage. Clean, tidy and well-appointed. Quiet position in a beautiful village and only 50 yards from the village pub. Blessed by mostly sunny weather which allowed us to visit the Coast (and sunbathe in October in Yorkshire!!!) and walk the North Yorks Moors. Any problems were promptly sorted out by the owners, Michael and Heather. We shall return. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 3 days, the bed and breakfast was perfect for us, the room was spacious and clean, could not fault it. We had stunning walks, up and around the dale, also enjoyed a ride on the steam train. Michael was very pleasant and left us to our inn devices which was just what we wanted.
