Words can't express how much my wife and I loved this place...but I will try to! And I don't write TripAdvisor reviews often for our travels, but our experience here was too good to keep a secret. Everybody - from the front desk person, to the hotel manager, to the servers, and even to the chef...were so kind, helpful, and... More

Take a quick flight to Montpellier (most convenient car hire pick up and drop off ever), drive on great roads through to Capestang, marvel at the boats on the Canal du Midi and marvel even more about why more people haven't discovered the joys of this bit of France in late October. The main bit of the hotel extends to... More

We stayed at Chateau les Carrasses with friends following a multi-day wedding celebration at another chateau 15 minutes away. The suites are soft grey and white, peaceful, elegant, serene with stunning views. They seem to be owned by individual owners, perhaps it is a fractional kind of scheme, but there are no private decorations, it is all the same aesthetics... More

We stayed at Chateau les Carrasses for 11 nights in August 2016 with our 2 children (aged 10 and 8) and we loved everything about this place. Our house, Maison des Vendangeurs, was smart, stylish and had everything we needed. The estate is the perfect mix of self-catering and hotel facilities. They are very clear that it is not a... More

We stayed here just one night , but it left us wanting more! This beautiful converted chateau set in acres of its own vineyard is converted into a number of top quality self catering cottages and rooms. The style has been to retain the features and atmosphere of the old building but with an injection of the 21st century. The... More

We have just returned from a fantastic 10 day stay at the Chateau. We have a two and a half year old daughter and 10 week old baby and I researched holidays for weeks before eventually booking to find something that would be relaxing and enjoyable for all of us. The concept of the Chateau worked perfectly for us- our... More

This exclusive location, is perhaps the perfect location for a wedding, However, we went for dining there and it was simply amazing. I would love to tell about the menu, but it is perhaps the best if you just discover this place on your own. It wil certainly be an interesting experience at a beautiful historical site with a perfect... More

My wife and kids (7 and 9) arrived for 3 nights at the beginning of our European holiday. It was the perfect place to get over our jetlag and unwind before more serious site seeing. Family holiday, this place is special. While lucky enough to be able to stay is some very special hotels around the globe I tend to avoid them when it comes to holidays.
