reasonable quality food and accommodation with a wonderful boardwalk around the whole complex which gets you up close with nature. Well worth a visit. it is well worth doing early morning and night time cruises to live the full experience when the wildlife is at its most active.

I have seen some negative views on this place but am unsure what exactly people expected in such a remote location. Our room was clean and tidy. No AC but a good fan meant it wasn't necessary. The food was good with buffet style. Drinks could be purchased at a very reasonable price from the bar counter. If you want...

We had an amazing time here as part of a longer tour of Borneo. We stayed 2 nights and did 4 river cruises in search of wildlife. Although the rooms are slightly old the experience was amazing. It's all about the wildlife, the river cruises were well organised and our guide, Sam was outstanding, how he spotted some of the...

Even allowing for the location isolation we were pleased that our stay was for one night only. Wine can only be purchased by the bottle which is very annoying and a difficult policy to comprehend. Our big issue was the musty/smelly bed linen and pillows which prevented a comfortable night's sleep. Room was not clean and we found a pair...

We stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon & we weren't disappointed! Obviously the accommodation is going to be basic as you're in the jungle however there is everything you could need & more. There is wifi in the restaurant area which is enough to FaceTime back home (if you need to!) The rooms are clean & spacious, the...

I have read negative comments about this lodge which I thought were unfounded. This is a beautiful place on the river. Rooms were clean and comfortable, no air conditioning but if you wanted to pay a bit extra there were rooms available. The staff were lovely, pleasant and helpful. Our guide here Eric was truly fantastic and really made our...

My wife and I stayed at this River Lodge for three nights/4 days whilst on a jungle safari hosted by Discovery Overland, Sandakan. The facilitates at the resort were basic. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms but there are ceiling fans. Air conditioning units are available for a small fee. Whilst the rooms are basic, they were clean...

Dear rickfug, Thank you for your feedback. It is our pleasure to serve you. For the noise from the wild jungle, you can try to close up all the windows, it will minimize the noise. Yeeveon from S.I.Tours and Kinabatangan Riverside Lodge

As at all the accommodation a good welcome and the property looks impressive from the river. Again simple accommodation but with everything you needed. The bathroom looked like it was due an update. We stayed here two nights and had good nights sleeps and food was tasty and catered for vegetarians. We saw lots of wildlife and the highlight being a...

Set on the banks of the river, this lodge offers basic but comfortable accommodation designed for short stays. This is not a lodge for those seeking luxury, but is clean and comfortable. River excursions are imformative and enjoyable, with the guides being very knowledgeable. Lodge staff are friendly and eager to please, and encourage you to wear a longhi (provided)...

Dear D B, Thank you for your feedback. It is a pleasure to serve you. For the Wi-Fi, please keep in mind we are in the jungle, Internet access is available but very limited. We have it just in case some guest want to check on their e-mails, whatsapps, and dealing on problems related to their trips. Cheers. Yeeveon from...
