This hotel was very nice. The staff were very helpful when asking about how to get to local places. The location was very good, right off the main strip. It is located near shopping and a short walk to the old town area. The room size was average with a big tv and enough outlets. There was a separate door...

Some people complained about the noise but we found it to be quite what soundproof and heard no street noise and slept well. Not a flash hotel the room was a little dated but overall it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a bit limited but the location is good close to tons of restaurants and about 20 minutes walk...

I'm local here in Korea and traveled Jeonju with my family for holidays. We stayed in double delux room. The room was suitable for 3 people.(You need to pay for extra charge for the extra person) The hotel is in the city center which means super convenient location but noisy. It takes only 10-15 minutes to get to traditional village...

Personally the only good thing is location. Room are from the 60s, they are small and there is a horrible notice saying that you need to tip if you want a tea.(better not to put any tea facilities in the room). Staff are likeable but very expensive for the kind of hotel :-(. Benikea Management should travel to see other...

The hotel looks chique when you enter the lobby, but the rooms are old fashioned. (No flatscreen TV, old furniture) It's fine though, nothing special but nothing really wrong. Location is in the middle of the (noisy) shopping atea, very near hundreds of shops and also near the hanok village. In our room we could hear the music of the...

The hotel is not very pricey and therefore its a bit old. However the location does make up for some of its drawbacks. Located right within the shopping district, you do not need to worry about food and shopping, when you are using this hotel as your base. However, the Hotel reminds me of an old dormitary, and the beds...
