Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great place to stay. Rosemary was an absolute joy, going above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our holiday. The rooms and breakfasts were lovely and the farm was situated well for visiting other places of interest in the area. All in all a super place for a break or holiday.

My husband and myself really enjoyed our three night stay at Tremaine Farm. Rosemary (the proprietor). made us most welcome. We had a large, spotlessy clean bedroom with a beautifully appointed en suite shower room. We were also supplied us with tea and coffee making facilities. Rosemary gave us a lovely fresh fruit salad for breakfast every morning and a cooked breakfast. We had bacon, scrambled eggs and tomatoes each morning but we were offered sausages as well. Tremaine Farm is a working farm, situated in beautiful countryside but very near the main B3359 which makes it very accessible for Looe and for Polperro. We would definitely stay again Paddy and Pamela Ring

We visited Tremaine Farm B&B for 4 nights in June which took in my birthday. Rosemary came out to greet us on arrival and was very friendly and accommodating. Our double room was excellent with everything we needed including a small fridge stocked with fresh milk to accompany the Tea & Coffee making facilities. Breakfast had an ample choice with cereal and fruit to start with followed by a cooked breakfast choice where you were able to select what ingredients you wished. My wife had booked a local pub for the Saturday evening, for my birthday, but on enquiring they were not able to provide a surprise cake after the meal. Unbeknown to me, contact was made with Rosemary beforehand, who bought a cake and candles for the supermarket and delivered it to the pub on the day so that it could be served after the meal on the evening. This was undoubtably going the extra mile on service accommodating guests. All in all we had a very good time, relaxing in the garden and reading for a short time during the day as well as travelling around the area and of course you could not ask for a better host than Rosemary. It being a working farm we had the pleasure in meeting Rex, (the working sheepdog), Susan and Wilson, (sister and brother cats) and finally Giles a larger tabby cat who when he came to see you, his meow sounded like he was saying hello !!! Quite memorable.

I just got back home from Tremaine farm, and I had to write a review to tell you not to hesitate to stay at this beautiful place. It’s impeccably clean, and quiet, if you enjoy the peace after a long day’s walking or sightseeing. Rosemary is such a beautiful, caring soul, who will go out of her way to make you feel welcome. I had such a lovely 4 night stay that I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Rosemary for making my stay so memorable.

Loved our 3 night stay with our 11 year old son and parents. We stayed in the family suite with was perfect as our son had his own room separate from the main bedroom. My parents stayed across the hall in another bedroom en-suite . Spacious rooms and full English breakfast made to order. Rosemary was a wonderful hostess and welcomed us upon arrival with Cornish cream tea (tea, scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam). Our 2nd day, our rental car wouldn’t start, but Rosemary’s husband jumped the car for us. Spent our 3 days visiting area sites. Was wonderful coming back to Tremaine Farm at the end of the day. Rooms are large, bathrooms new and luxurious, lovely breakfast room and living room, too. Room also has small fridge to store snacks. We saved money by buying cheese, bread, wine and fruit at Lidl and kept the items in the fridge instead of eating out all the time. Loved our time at Tremaine Farm!

My husband Keith and I stayed at Tremaine Farm for four nights, giving us the opportunity to explore this area of Cornwall. Rosemary's house is spotless, extremely comfortable offering a lovely lounge to relax in after busy days sightseeing. Every morning we opted for her wonderful cooked breakfast as it was so delicious. Beautiful bedrooms, great food and a wonderful hostess. We shall definitely visit again next year! Don't change a thing Rosemary!

Stayed for 3 nights, Rosemary made us feel very welcome offering cake and tea when we arrived which is a lovely touch. The family room is huge together with a very large family bathroom. There is a fridge in the room which was very useful. Breakfast was fabulous and Rosemary's homemade jams were tasty. Would definitely recommend this B&B.
