This hotell has a unique location. The surroundings are really great and you should spend some hours to walk around. The main building is very Nice and have good outdoor seating. The hotel do also have an external building With rooms. This Place is ok and the rooms are average. Very Nice staff.

Spent a long summer weekend here. The hotel is beautifully situated near the ocean. You can't getter better views anywhere. I have stayed many times in the past and have always enjoyed it but this time I saw many things in need of attention. In my room the beautiful wood floor was heavily scuffed and scratched in front of the... More

We come here once a year to take it easy and enjoy the Swedish archipelago. It's a nice hotel that isn't very special (but keep in mind that the place is tiny.) The hotel rooms are nice, clean and ok sized. Professional service level, food better than average. We will continue to come here at least once a year.

I had been there for a conference in summer. Such a beautiful place to be in that time of the year! Wonderful rooms and great service! Considering the sea food to be their speciality they also had food suitable for vegetarians. Great value for money! During summer they also have special markets along the water front if you are there... More

We spent 3 nights at Smogen Hafvsbad in october/november 2015. The price do not match what you get. We lived in a room in the 4. floor (same floor as the reception/entrance). The room/door is really poor isolated and you can hear everything from the hallway. The hallway in 4. floor is a linc between the other rooms in the... More

We stayed just for one night on business. I had a room with no view, allthough the hotel was almost empty (most of sea view was occupied with conference halls etc. That's a shame ! Nice rooms, good bed and decent Food (if you eat the local food). Friendly staff, Peace and quiet ! Probably the hotel is terribly busy... More

It is very strange that this is one of the most expensive hotels here around. The rooms are the same size of a cabin on the ship from Finland. It's embarrassing that they charge 200 $ per night. We've stayed in much better cheap motels in US then this hotel. Apart from the room being tiny, the toilet is quite... More

Spent one night at Smogen Hafsbad the weekend before midsummer. We were given a family room in the annex. The room had one bunk bed and a queen bed. The room standard is ok for one night, but with four people in the room it will be hot. Especially in the summer without air condition. The bathroom is newly renovated... More

This is an average hotel/meeting venue which lives off its location. The accommodation is average and so is the food (whether lunch, dinner or breakfast). What it does offer is serene surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere and this is where you will need to decide if that in combination with "average" is sufficient. In the end I have difficulties grasping... More

Must agree with the sceptical voices. Somewhat worn out but tries to be posh, and prices are. I were put in a room at a building a lot of stairs and at least 100 meter away in a dull place. Youth hostel atmosfere. Did not try the restaurant.
