We've been coming back for years and years and cannot complain about the staff and the accommodation itself. The rooms are amazing, with balconies that have an awesome view over the grapevines of Jacob's Creek (I think). The rooms have recently had an upgrade to the bathrooms and they are amazing. The shower has a rain head and also a...

I spent 5 days here as part of a conference group and unfortunately was quite disappointed. The biggest disappointment was the food. The Barossa is known for its wonderful produce however none of it seems to have made it to this hotel. Meals were either bland or badly spiced, repetitive and quite frankly depressing by day 2. The rooms were...

I had high expectations due to the hotel being a Novotel and part of the Accor group. I was sadly disappointed. While the staff were friendly the food was terrible and repetitive. The cleaning of the room was superficial at best. It's a pity the experience was not more positive.

Lovely location with beautiful views. Was lovely having local wine tasting available daily. Unfortunately there was a limited menu at the restaurant for dinner options so we went elsewhere. The breakfast was nice

Very nice hotel in a good location, clean with friendly and helpful staff, very peaceful. The restaurant food was nothing amazingly special but was good for the price and was made up for by an amazing view and good staff, Would defiantly come back.

I stayed with my family in a 2 bedroom apartment for 7 nights over the 2016/17 New Year's Eve period. Overall, we found the resort to be average given the price we paid (approx $380 per night including breakfast). The stand-out aspect of our stay was the daily buffet breakfast at the Cellar Kitchen. Whilst the service was slow, we...

I have since in the past been a little wary of booking through Scoopon as it would seem to be you would get pushed to the back room at the furtherest end of the car park where you are seen and not heard however the team at the Novotel Barossa Valley made us feel like we were VIP guests. Let...

Was not sure what to expect as some Novotel's are run down and in need of love. But with little option - we stayed 1 night with our 2 small children. The hotel is well maintained and was a pleasant surprise. The pool was perfect to accomodate guests on a hot afternoon. The in house restaurant was fantastic for dinner...
