We've spent a couple of nights here as part if our honeymoon trip. We were not missing any hotel services, the little villa was nice and clean with a seafront terrace. The family was very nice serving great food and telling the history of this small island. Their sundeck over the water is a very peaceful place where you see...

I stayed 4 nights at Chez Cecile during a stopover in French Polynesia. How you feel about the pension will probably depend on expectations. This is not a luxury resort and it doesn't position itself as such. Accommodation is in separate little houses. Mine was right on the lagoon with a balcony in the front to fully appreciate the view...

We started our month in Polynesia with 7 days in Pension Cecile. This turned out to be the best part of our holidays with good ,clean accommodation, great location with pontoon fantastic for the kids (6 and 10) to jump off from, plenty snorkeling around the pier (regular black tip sharks), terrific local food prepared by Marianne and good set...

We booked Pension Cecile through eTahiti Travel and couldn't be happier. We were collected at the airport by a family member and deposited right at our water fron bungalow, 1 of maybe 7. No beach, but there's a boat ramp you can use to enter the water, or a ladder near some picnice tables in the common yard. There's even...

The was excellent, the amenities were more than what I expected.Alexandra, the Manager, was at our beck and call, taking us where we wanted to go, advising us on where to get the best deals on pearls taking us on a shopping trip to see where the lobster came from. The family was very open and friendly, it felt like...

I may say one word - wow. For such price you get very good service, room and amenities. All the issues are resolved quickly and there were few of them. But the place itself, the common kitchen-reception-meeting place is very beautiful with cold, hot water, books, posters, silence, deck, kayaks, bikes, deck. The meals are tasty, varied, cooked with love...

We stayed in Pension Cecile 5 nights. They picked us from the airport and everything went well. They gave us information about the trips and Rangiroa and some welcome drinks. Especially Christell, 10 years girl, was really sweet as she showed us everything and was really welcoming. Bungalow is simple and clean, ours was with the seaview. They had big...

My husband and I (Heather & Oliver) visited Rangiroa in 1999 and stayed three weeks. We were so impressed with the pension, and with the hospitality and friendship shown to us by Alban and Cecile, that we decided to return one day with our children. Fast forward to 2014 (April 16 - May 7, 2014) and we found ourselves back...

Very friendly people who make great food, just what you need after a full day diving. Especially nice when you travel alone because of the big room where everybody has breakfast and dinner together. Wifi also available in that room. Diving schools do Pick ups at the hotel.
