Was travelling with a group of three friends picked this hotel due to availability. We were put in a standard room, located in the old wing of the resort. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. With nice views of the resort grounds (unable to see mt. Fuji due to fog). The shuttle service into town was helpful....

Stopped by this hotel's restaurant for a quick lunch on the way to Mount Fuji. The bus tour " Hato bus tours" apparently chose this place as part of the trip to yhe mountain. Had three options, fish, chicken, or vegetarian which happened to be pasta with marinara sauce. Fish was a little dry, but the cherry tomatoes and onions...

Your review on this platform is much appreciated. This "Fuji Five Lakes" area is blessed with very clear water and it makes foods nicer. Our resort has huge land and some type of rooms, we look forward to your next visit soon. Regards, English Support Team

Great experience all due to the shuttle driver Aoko. This guy picked us up and not only took us to the hotel but ensured the restaurant stayed open for us, while watching our bags and then drove us to our room, and oh and upgraded us to a mad room by the way. Just when I though that was it...

Me and my partner booked this hotel as a relaxing one night stay as we were planning to visit mount fuji. We were staying in japan for two weeks in total visiting a relative therefore we were set up to sleep on the floor for this time. Due to this we were looking forward to specifically using the spa facility...

We visited Fuji Premium Resort for a nights stay for visiting Fuji mountain. The travel from the nearest railway station is by expressway going to Tokyo with a diversion. The weather is fantastic and we saw clouds coming into our bus while travelling. We visited as a group tour of Kesari Tours, Mumbai on 30 May 2016. The rooms are...

I was so thrilled to see the huge space of two bedroom in apartment style of room. The only thing need to be changed is the minibar should be set up in the mini fridge, because it is freezing outside and we would love to fill our late night hunger of some snacks or just beers/ wine. In the other...

We were given a Log house and we just loved it. One massive living room, two bedrooms and one open roof bathroom. Couldnt have asked more. Staff were very welcoming and my kids had a great time in the whirlpool equipped bathtub. At the price of JPY 28,080/- this was an excellent hotel. Location wise it wasnt good. We had...

This was one of the only places available near kawagujiko when we booked. Although very expensive it was definitely worth paying. We ended upgrading our room for a reasonable price and got unlimited access to the spa included (which was great because otherwise it was expensive to use often). The village room we stayed in was huge and had magnificent...

Great views of Fujisan from the restaurant. Large rooms in unique style in the village. Very peaceful. Underfloor heating. Has laundromat on site. You really need a car to make it easy, but there is a shuttle that seemed to work well. Decor a bit tired, but seemed to be renovating. Meals adequate but not much variation over the three...
