Only stayed the one night (which personally was enough for us), but the staff were very polite to deal with, the hotel was in a reasonable location but I would take the bus if you're lugging packs around. Close to the lake and ropeway. Really enjoyed the onsens on site which were great after a big day. Little souvenir station...

We arrived at the Hotel after visiting the Herb Hall which is only about 10mins walk. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood and the staffs are friendly, explaining all the things you need to take note. We opted in for the dinner set at quite a price but was worth it for the experience. The private onsen is...

Our family of 4 stayed in this hotel for 1 night. Hotel pick up service from Kawaguchiko train station only starts from 2.30pm, thus we had to get a taxi to the hotel. Even the send off service was also limited to 2 timing in the morning. We hope the hotel can be more flexible in offering such shuttle services...

I have stayed in a room with an in room private bath and booked through hotels.com and I didn't expect that an in room private bath is not using hot spring water especially in a hot spring ryokan (Japanese style hotel). I was so disappointed at the moment when I checked in and was informed by the staff that no...

My boyfriend and I stayed in the hotel after climbing Mt Fuji. Nice location near the lake. Room was small but very clean and comfy. We liked it there. Staff were very friendly and nice, they have a free pick-up service from the train station. We stayed only one night and unfortunately we did not have time to try the...

I had high hopes about this place because when I booked on their website I was advised I would have a private in-room bath which overlooked Mt. Fuji. Instead, the view from my room overlooked a car park and there was no in-room bath. I was fuming as I had planned a special weekend for my partner and this definitely...

The hotel itself is good; clean room, nice onsen especially the outdoor one. There's another onsen on the top floor where you can enjoy Fuji-san view. Try to book the room with mountain view, you will wake up with Fuji-san morning call. Recommended to book with room only, DO NOT book with food plan. There're a lot of restaurants near...
