We stayed at this Ryokan for two nights and it is very old with no amenities whatsoever. No coffee or breakfast onsite or around, rooms look very old, location right across from the lake but that's the only positive. I wouldn't recommend this place or stay here again. Felt like it was way too expensive for what it has to...

This family owned minshuku is situated next to the lake so it is nice to walk around it. It is really quiet and in spite of what an opinion is saying here, there is air conditioning in the room so it was warm enough. The breakfast was really nice too.

We went there in November and it was ridiculously cold inside of the rooms. The place is very old and to the best of our knowledge has no heaters in the rooms. The blankets were small and did not provide enough heat. Easy to catch a cold there in autumn/winter. The views are great thus it is possible that this...

This ryokan is situated directly at the lake and most of the rooms offer a nice view. The rooms are simple japanese-style rooms, en par with the price. The couple who run it seem friendly and helpful. That all being said, this house is in need of some make over. Everything is old, but Not the in the old-but-well-kept way....

I really liked this place, it is a traditional style ryokan run by a lovely japanese lady who will do everything she can to make your visit comfortable. The views of the lake are gorgeous. In saying this though, English is very limited here (although you'll be fine to book in and pay), so if this is your first stay...

This ryokan is attached with Kawaguchi Lake. It's a bit far from Kawaguchiko station. 2 km approximately. The ryokan provided free shuttle bus from/to the station. All room in the ryokan is Japanese style. You can enjoy the Japanese Traditional room. There is tea set in the room. The toilet and bathroom is public. The public bathroom is quite small....
