Perfect park. The park was clean and litter free. Our caravan was spotless and so was the bedding. We could not have wished for a more perfect stay. This was a great place to explore Kent and it’s historical past.

We stayed at this lovely little site for 3 nights from 31st March 2023. We had planned to camp in our tent but on arrival the winds were so strong that this was not an option, the very helpful receptionist found us a caravan, we paid the upgrade and it was just perfect! Immaculately clean with gas central heating throughout. The site itself is lovely, surrounded by fields and over the road from the Beach. It has a small clubhouse with bar and children's room, the Bar Manager Charlie literally couldn't do enough for you, she was super friendly and just an all round excellent bar manager. There is a lovely children's park in the middle of the site, the camping facilities (showers and toilets) we checked out as would like to stay again and they were immaculate, modern and warm. There is a lovely little café on site which offers breakfast sandwiches, cakes, coffee and cold drinks, this was such a nice addition and we wondered down in the morning and had breakfast outside on the deck watching the site chickens :-) Everyone on the site is SO friendly, they seem to mainly be caravan owners who all know each other but not at any point did we feel there was a clique, we were welcomed and one evening even asked to join in with their darts competition they had organized. By the last night we knew most of the regulars and were chatting away too them whilst our little boy played with all the children. We absolutely loved this GEM of a site, if you are looking for somewhere small, safe and friendly which is conveniently located for the Beach and nearby Dymchurch then this is the place for you. We will definitely be returning and hope to see some of the lovely people we met this time around, our son was so sad to leave his 'holiday friends'.

A lovely family run caravan park. It’s that start of my second season as an owner on the park and the highlight of each week being able to escape to this part of the Kent Coast. The park itself is well kept, peaceful and well run. I love the way owners, those hiring static vans and those visiting in tourers & tents come together in the shared facilities. The club house has a variety of activities throughout the season with a safe play area for children and a variety of arcade style machines in the club house building. Boat shed cafe does a great coffee, superb bacon sandwich and usually always leads me astray with home baked cake - not so good for my waistline, but hey…. You only live once :) New Romney high street is a 20-30 minute walk away with a broad selection of restaurants and take always, and minutes in the car with plenty of parking behind the high street. Personal favourites for me are: Romney Spice - Curry, high street Pegasus House - Chinese, Just outside the caravan park Diamond Grill - Mediterranean / Kebab Warren Inn - Fabulous Sunday Roasts Rod & Line - Fish and Chips The Spar shop located just outside the park is well stocked and has an off-licence to it. It’s great for those forgotten items and stays open late which has been handy when I arrive with no food in stock. It’s also a delivery / collection point for Amazon which has rescued me on several occasions when I’ve forgotten something. A great base for exploring the Kent Coast, Romney Marshes and the Sussex coastal towns of Rye, Camber and Winchelsea. Sian and the team are wonderful; you’ll find them around the site throughout the day and there is always someone on call for out of hours issues. Sian and team - thanks for an amazing 2022 season. It’s great to be back for 2023!!

Stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend so we got to enjoy a brilliant Elton john tribute & meet some of the very friendly caravan owners. We camped for the weekend & were shown very quickly to our pitch by the helpful receptionist. Toilet & shower facilities we clean & easily accessible. The beach is just a 5 minute walk from the campsite. This is a quiet & friendly campsite & i can't recommend it enough if you're looking for a quiet getaway.

On my way home now from a wonderful stay again here. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and the park is clean, spacious and beautiful. The beach is opposite and there’s a spar which is handy and I love the little touches like leaflets in the office for local things to do and info on high and low tide. Can’t wait to come back.. Thankyou

Lovely quiet simple site! Excellent location. Nice showers but I found them a little hot for me but I prefer a cool shower and they are token only which you have to pay for which I feel is a bit cheeky as it’s £30/night. Surely they can give you 4 tokens for each day you stay for 2 people? Nice and clean though but would like to be able to stop them when finished showering otherwise it’s a waste of water. We had a lovely little pitch (No 3) right in the corner but everybody else seemed a little jammed in so we were glad to be where we were. We attempted to leave at 8.45am (check out by 11am) but had trouble getting out as no staff around to let the barrier up. All in all a lovely site. Would definitely stay again!

We went with another couple and had two adjoining pitches in a lovely flat field with only about 12 pitches with EHU. As we went before school holidays there was only a maximum of 7 in our large field. There are new very clean toilets and showers and some older ones if it gets busy. There are three more fields all small and probably no more than about another 20 more pitches. The whole site is kept immaculate with grass cut, no litter and spotless toilets. The site is mainly static caravans. There is a club house on site open certain days outside high season but looks nice, and a cafe near the entrance. The people who own the site and work there are just lovely and very welcoming. There are 2 Yurts and some caravans to rent including all linen. The site is just a 2-3 minutes walk to the pebbly beach with a lovely coastal walk right through to Dymchurch (about 4 miles). If you walk the other way it is around 2 miles to Greatstone. We will defintely return.
