What a perfect weekend Low Graythwaite delivered for my 50th Birthday party. With 18 friends we had the run of the house and beautiful grounds and we even borrowed Tia the springer Spaniel for an epic walk chosen expertly by Amanda whose local knowledge is second to none. Beautiful food using local and seasonal produce cooked by Amanda who is...

We stayed here for my sisters hen doo and we could not have asked for better hospitality or a better way to enjoy the Lake District. Amanda could not have been more helpful or organised! The hall was so beautiful and historical, and we truly felt like we were royalty staying in such splendid accommodation. Everything from the magnificent rooms...

We have just returned from the most wonderful two night stay at Low Graythwaite Hall. As soon as you pull into the drive you know it's going to be special! Upon arrival we were treated to tea and homemade cake which was a lovely touch. We stayed in Tethera and the room was amazing. It's a huge suite which has...

The house is charming, the rooms are very comfortable, and the location is perfect - on the quiet side of Windermere. Amanda is the most friendly and accommodating hostess. I would strongly recommend this as a location for a family group.

A real little Beatrix Potter Cottage. We were welcomed with a chocolate cake, home -grown eggs and milk and we sat out on the front patio most mornings to eat breakfast looking over the very pretty garden. Our Golden Retriever had the best walking holiday evah, and because there is no fence between Dairy Cottage and the rest of the...

Utter opulence, wow we had an amazing time, the family there looked after us so so much. The kids loved the duck pond and going egg hunting up in the woods where they found another house and rope swing. Awesome spot to discover the Lakes and the food was amazing

This was the most amazing weekend for my boyfriends surprise 30th birthday, all our family and friends came and loved the place. The house is beautiful, well maintained and luxurious. Amanda and David were the perfect hosts and cooked us the most amazing food. Cant wait to return, a touch of class.

Our family spent a fantastic week here at the end of May and benefited from all the home comforts that made this stay so enjoyable. The bedrooms were immaculately presented with large comfy beds and modern and stylish bathrooms. We had the house to ourselves and were made to feel extremely welcome. The large sitting room was delightful and the...

what can I say... Absolutely fantastic, beautiful house, beds, bedrooms and food. Would definitely go back again. Amanda made us feel so welcome and we had the run of the house. Although I have to say having our breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal cooked for us was a fabulous treat. The best bit no washing up. 👍👍😭
