We stayed at the Chalet Hotel St Christoph during the mega dump of snow in mid January and lost 2.5 days skiing of 6 so not a great holiday. However I am going to give the hotel 5* because it could have been so much worse! The food was excellent (especially the red cabbage

We have just returned from our skiing holiday where we stayed with Ingahms at the Chalet Hotel St Christoph. Absolutely perfect, the location is brilliant, out of the door onto the drag lift, or alternatively a very short walk to a chair, to connect into the whole of the Arlberg

This is an Inghams hotel during the winter months although, since I was travelling on my own, the package was actually booked through Friendship Travel (who pre-reserve 10 single rooms for several weeks during the season). Both the hotel and the experience of interacting with

We booked this hotel at the recommendation of our travel agent who had stayed here over Christmas. We knew the weather was going to be bad before we arrived. We arrived in sunshine and didn't see it again for a couple of days when we were snowed in. The village was cut off as

Hi Paula L. Thanks for your question. Austrian resorts in general don't have launderettes, so allow me to save you wasting precious holiday time looking! I will instruct James the Hotel Manager to accommodate your needs on this occasion! If you could email me privately under andyDOTjohnsonAThotelplanDOTcoDOTuk with your booking details and arrival date, I will ensure you are looked after upon arrival to the Sporthotel. Kindest regards, Andy Johnson Head of Operations Austria Inghams

Hi there Annabel R, thanks for your questions. Of your rooms booked, 406 is the only room adjacent to the staff accomm block, with the others then leading away toward the front of the building. All 6 are on the side of the building in which there is no elevator, so a touch quieter. There is no other noise influence really as the hotel is set back from the road a bit and the nearest building is also some way away from the hotel. With regard to dining arrangements, we are fortunate enough to enjoy a great deal of flexibility, when it comes to sitting groups etc together. To sit you all together is absolutely possible. I have made the Hotel manager aware of your questions here on Tripadvisor and he looks forward to receiving you! I hope this serves to answer your questions, naturally if you need more info then please don't hesitate to ask, either here on TA or by calling one of my colleagues in the Reservations team on 01483791111. Kindest regards, Andy Johnson Head of Operations Austria Inghams

Hi there skicrazydog, thanks for your query. I can confirm that (on all floors), rooms 101/201/301/401 through to around x05, then 121/221/321/421 down to around x17, are all those at the front end of each floor's corridor and therefore nearest to the staircase and lift. I hope this helps answer your question, should you need further information or assistance please don't hesitate to contact us again, either here on Tripadvisor or by calling our Reservation Team on 01483791111. Kindest regards, Andy Johnson Head of Operations Austria Inghams

"Don't pick the 4th floor if you want to get to your room by lift"
"Balcony is not private/communal so you may not use the balcony much."
"First floor has some interconnecting rooms, which can be useful for families if you book early."
"We paid extra for a balcony but didn't really use it although it did mean we didn't face the slopes so didn't get noise from piste workers"
"Front has views but noisy, back quieter, still a bit of a view."
