We don't usually write reviews, this is because we don't eat out very often and if we do, I research where we are going and know what to expect, but have been disappointed. This was different Dalswinton had been recommended to us as "a home from home Sunday lunch" without all the work involved and great value for money, as...

Drew and Ang have really smartened Dalswinton House up since they took over. The creation of a sun terrace complete with hot tub from the old swimming pool provides a wonderful retreat when the inevitable Cornish wind is blowing. If it rains the large conservatory is a great place to gather and chat over a drink (licenced bar) or coffee....

Yesterday May 7th it was my birthday, together we headed of to the Dalswinton Guest house as we had heard they were opening for Dinner. I was not expecting what I saw, a beautiful Victorian house set in the most glorious gardens and views. We could even see Mawgan Porth at the bottom of the valley. My friends and I...

We have just returned from 4 nights at the Dalswinton over the Easter weekend. We stayed in the 2 bedroom lodge in the garden. We were greeted by Drew and Ang when we arrived and felt instantly at home - Ang showed us round the lodge and they had provided tea coffee sugar and milk for us which was great...

What a fantastic place to stay, this was my third visit the Drew and Ange's guesthouse and this time we stayed in the new self catered garden lodge with 3 dogs in tow. What a superb addition to the already brilliant facilities here, that together with the friendliness of the owners will ensure we visit again .

Visited Dalswinton House for just one night due to Hubbie having to complete work locally. Super welcome by Ang & Drew (lovely hosts, felt like we were with old friends) and shown to our room. Very comfy bed! Sadly we arrived later than planned so didn't get to make use of the hot tub, but what a fab addition! Breakfast...

We stayed in the self catering garden lodge. It was perfect for the four of us. It was immaculately clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The view was incredible, and so was the large deck to enjoy it from. It had its own beautifully kept private garden and another communal garden to enjoy. So very peaceful. The patio area...

Drew and Angie could not have been more welcoming and helpful. My room was lovely, clean with a great view over the gardens. Super breakfasts. Had to fly from Newquay Airport which is just 10 minutes in taxi or car and it was a bonus to be able to leave my car with them during my visit to the Isles...
