Nestled away in the beautiful Tuscany hills around a 10 minute drive outside Potremoli lies this great little gem. The property and grounds are immaculately kept. My wife and I were greeted by the owners of this B&B. We stayed for only 1 day but the went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable. The owners assisted us with booking dinners, where to go and information on the local area. The inside of the property in fantastic. It's an old mill or barn renovated to a very high standard. The rooms have high ceilings, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Combined with the excellent breakfast in the morning, one could not ask for a better stay and experience of Italian hospitality. My wife and I will be back.
We stayed for 4 nights in the beautiful house of Mario And Gemma. They receive you very welcoming and take care in a great way. The house and surroundings are fantastic. Completely quiet and off the grid. A great place to relax. Beautiful and very clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Great pool. We recommend this place.
We’ve just returned from our second visit to Il Giardino di Rosmarino and it was just as perfect as the first visit! Stunning setting, beautiful house, great hosts and super food - what’s not to like! This time we got to use the swimming pool with its mountain backdrop. Strongly recommend. Thank you Gemma and Mario for your wonderful welcome.
Once again we have returned to Il Giardino di Rosmarino for our yoga retreat, and had a wonderful time. The terrace and garden made it a beautiful place to practice our yoga as we celebrated the summer solstice and the International day of yoga. Gemma and Mario are wonderful hosts and excelled in catering for all, especially the vegetarians and a vegan. I am already planning next years visit !
Mario and Gemma are the most delightful hosts! There beautiful house is exquisite, homely and welcoming. The pool is the place to float in while gazing out at the mountain ranges sipping wine, with donkey's (cheeky ones!) braying gently in the paddock below. The rooms are divine with lovely attention to detail with own ensuites. Beautifully decorated. Meals are provided if you like - all sitting together with other guests - the meals looked delicious, but we had bought our own picnic from the town nearby. So after a quick G&T with Gemma and Mario in the kitchen we took our picnic up to the pool for the sunset. Mario turned up with napkins and plates and quietly chatted with us about the region before leaving us to our own devices. It is a quiet beautiful spot. Perfect for couples or families. Gorgeous villages dot the countryside nearby - Don't miss it!…
