Good fresh vegetables for breakfast and dinner as well, clean and tidy rooms everything around the hotel. Area around the hotel so nice, shops, restaurants on beach or in town center not too expensive and also delicious! Beech very tidy and safe for kids. Baiscly i would to recommend this hotel and this area for spend at least 7 days on your vacation!

Just had an idyllic week here. Lovely big room, cleaned every day with fresh bedding and clean towels. Plenty of cupboard/drawer space and a decent sized fridge. There's no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms but breakfast starts at 7.30. Location is the biggest bonus - a minute from the most beautiful beach and plenty of places to eat to suit all ages/tastes. Beautiful views of the mountains with a real village feel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food is buffet style, but varied and well cooked, and there are supermarkets very close. Pool is small but deep and clean - I only used it once because the beach is so close. Overall it had a boutique feel for 3* cost - we'll definitely go back.

A very well situated hotel, 150m from the beach, with kind and helpful stuff. What I enjoyed most, was the food. Every day fresh vegetables and fruit, olive oil, winegear, olives, cheese ore spicy cream - I could make my salad as I like. Breakfast every morning the same, but salami, sausages, eggs, cheese, Greek cheese, margarine, butter, several sorts of bread, fresh homemade bakery rolls, croissant, corn and other flakes, Greek yogurt, honey, homemade jam, other jam, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice... Dinner was surprise every day. Soup, fish, chicken, lamb, pork..., pasta, Greek spicy creams, sweets, fresh oranges, apples, vegetable, local and homemade. Rooms with bathroom, fridge and air conditioner (never used, if you travel to mediterrean destination with hot summer, don't let big eco-step by cooling the air. If you don't like hot days, don't go there) There are 2 pools - never used. And don't forget to drink a beer in the garden.
Resolution: Good value, highly recommended!

Parts of this hotel are very poor. Outside grounds are run down and never saw any maintenance being done. Pool area is hardly used not attractive and broken parasols etc. Constant smell of cooking something or other but it’s not nice.
The rooms are now dated and need bringing up to date. Saw this same standard back in the 70s.
The shower could qualify for worst in Greece and that’s saying something. The head is on a hook and water does not mix so you end up everyday with hand held cold water. The toilet did not flush 💩 away at anytime. You constantly had to repeat flush and use toilet brush.
No television at all due to aerial problems Wi-Fi is non existent except in and out in reception area.
Breakfast is ok but at 09.30 no bread was left,no orange drink no eggs had to ask for coffee,no fruit the list goes on and very sullen staff. Your fellow Eastern European guests seem to think you can fill your pockets and bags with any item that fits in. So this ment we had to eat out for breakfast something we hadn’t budgeted for
So what’s good. Location is perfect for beach and top class beachside restaurants. Transfer coach drops you right outside and would be suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Reception lady very pleasant. Great bar and outdoor seating area but hardly used in day. Cleaners first class do a good job and very cheery. Bed and bedding just fine. Towels and sheets changed regularly. Loads of storage space. Rooms very dark and quiet at night and with air conditioning on gives a good nights sleep, that is till breakfast time and the noisy hoards are up and out banging doors etc. absolutely no consideration for others
So obviously won’t return and neither will other British couples I spoke to.

We stayed at this horrible hotel Seabird Corfu ,but surely never I will back again and not recommend it.

When I entered the room a very bad smell was inside, the dust was everywhere, cobwebs in the corner, toilet disgusting, the sink dirty with hair on it,the bath dirty, the fridge was inside full of water and mouldy, the taps were full of rust all over and unwashed, etc. Everywhere was very dirty. Some towels was torn, also some sheets was torn.
I return to the receptionist and I told him about the dirty room and I asked him to send some one to clean the room.Only he promised, but nothing happened.

Next day in the morning, in the restaurant tables were dirty, coffee maker were dirty, salt and pepper container were dirty.
The flies and wasps flew through the plate and food containers. The cloth with which the waiters wiped the tables was very dirty and tattered.

At the breakfast the bread was dry,the orange was not fresh and the olives tasted like mold.I told to one of the staff and he denied everything. Many times the croissants were reheated.

The last day they provide us a space to take shower, the same was very dirty. At the end I finished shower with cold water. Wasn't enough hot water.

The positive things I found, the court of the hotel every day was cleaned and the hotel is near the sea.Very bad experience we had at this hotel.

Great summer break in the sun.
“Great times in a basic hotel which was perfect for us.
Beautiful room and great view of the green mountain.
The rooms were very nice, clean and well equipped.
They had satellite TV, air conditioning, small fridge, safe, telephone, hair dryer and wifii. very good breakfast with eggs, ham, cheese, sausages, bread, croissants, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, butter, margarine, jam, honey. and drink fruit juice and coffee, tea, chocolates, various muesli, and fruit. What else do we want for breakfast We got rooms in a very short time we arrive in the morning. , and the hotel could not have been more welcoming. We found this hotel almost by accident and we were so glad we did as we always compare what we got and how much we paid for it. We didn't pay anything for what he offered us and for the service we had. We thank them very much for the very economical vacation they offered us. That's enough!!!!!!!!!

We arrived 5th to 16th Sept. Apartment overlooking noisy main road. Shower and basin had black mildew instead of silicon. Door was beaking apart. Shower rail was 10 inches lower in the middle from day one ... why doesnt staff check this?. The light on the balcony wasnt working and no fridge as advertised said there was one.
Breakfast was the same for 11 days except for fried to boiled eggs. Boring. Speaking to other residents on half board they said they ate out because the food was poor. Speaking to an ex worker at the seabird he said the hotel was supposed to be renovated over ten years.
He said it wasnt and is in a shoddy condition. Apart from breakfast we never ate or drank there.
There is no entertainment and the Golden Beach bar 100 yards away offered free greek and latin american quality dancing every night plus Elvis twice a week. Plus the drinks were cheaper. Apart from this bar there was very limited night life.

We booked this hotel with TUI, half board and air conditioning included in the price.
The room we had was clean and tidy, and cleaned almost every day and was a suitable size to accommodate two adults and a child easily.
Breakfast was continental style, but with fresh greek salad veg plus yogurt, honey and fresh fruit. Also cereals, sausages and egg (alternate scrambled and hard boiled). Variety of drinks (juice from machine, coffee machine and water).
Evening meal was good with a different meat every day, plenty of different vegetables over the week and pasta, rice and other greek cuisine.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend to anyone else.

Firstly we arrived and were told that we had 2 twin rooms booked and not a family room. The management were accommodating and placed 2 extra beds in our room. Both beds had extremely thin mattresses so were extremely uncomfortable. We were told that we couldn't have our own food and drinks by the pool, even though there weren't any snacks available. The Food, we paid for half board 🤮. It reminded myself of a really bad school dinner hall with no air-conditioning and rude guests who just push in. The food was covered in flies and wasps, so we decided to eat out every evening. The pool area was OK but needed repairs to cracked paving. The room was very dated, with extremely limited hot water for showers on an evening. The WiFi didn't work on the second floor. I don't understand how it has 4 out of 5 star rating on trip advisor. I would definitely not return to the seabird hotel.

If you are booking as a family then avoid this hotel at all costs!

We booked a family room which stated it was a double room for 2 adults and 2 children. It stated that it would be 2 single beds with 2 additional beds for the children.

The twin beds were fine, therefore if you are coming as a couple you would probably find that you arrive to a fairly spacious, typical 3* hotel room and you would be happy enough with that.

The additional beds for the children were absolutely appalling as you can see from the photos attatched.
One of them was made up from 3 separate/ripped pieces of thin foam on a rock hard metal frame. The other was another ridiculously thin piece of foam covered in mould and some of the slats were broken and missing, causing the 'mattress' to fall through!

We arrived on the sunday, we bought this to the manager's attention immediately the next day. They eventually replaced one of the beds on Wednesday with another completely uncomfortable, unsuitable fold up bed. OK the thin foam had no mould this time but the bed frame didn't even fold out flat, it was in a 'z' shape!
They replaced the other bed on the Friday- two days before we flew home and again another unsuitable bed!

We spent the whole week with 2 single beds pushed together and 4 of us sleeping in them. Completely unacceptable!

The room has a fridge but no tea/coffee making facilities which most basic rooms on the island provide nowadays.

The shower pole kept failing apart and the curtain kept falling off. One minute the shower was freezing cold and the next it was scolding hot so again do be careful if showering small children!

The pool is tiny and outdated, barely any sunbeds, cracked tiles round the pool, no snack bar, ripped parasols. Took one look at it and left.

I can't comment on the restaurant or the bar as from our experience on arrival didn't really want to spend anymore time at this hotel than I absolutely had to.

Any staff I came across at the hotel, I didn't find to be particularly friendly except from the cleaner who was lovely.

They have a little park on their grounds which looked quite nice in the garden area.

The only positive I can really take away from this hotel is that the cleaner is lovely and friendly! Your room is cleaned every day with fresh bedding.

Cant say about June, but when we were there September, there were loads of wasps. The eating area was open, so eating outside or in was plagued by annoying wasps. Even down by the beach there were a lot.
