Spent a week here with our sister/brother-in-law. Deliberately travelled outside of school holidays so probably much quieter than during peak periods. Hotel, pool areas and rooms were all very clean and provided a nice relaxed area. Food was very good, especially in the A-la-Carte restaurants - unfortunately only being here for a week we didn't have the chance to try them all! Evening entertainment in the main bar was excellent, and the star gazing night very interesting and informative. Only downside was the beach (pebbles) and sea. As not very good swimmers we decided to stick to the pools. Whilst there was visual evidence of the terrible fires experienced earlier in the year, there was no evident damage to the hotel. A trip to Lindos via the daily water 'taxi' which pics up at the hotel beach front is highly recommended.

My husband and I enjoyed our holiday at your hotel very much, we had a swim up room block 4000 (4049) very peaceful, beautiful views, pool fabulous very clean, room lovely, the maid was brilliant always happy to help, all staff very pleasant and friendly in every part of the hotel, restaurant fab, plenty of variety , and if you have a sweet tooth you're in heaven. Grounds in hotel all well kept, lovey to stroll from our room stop off in bar, stroll further down to beach bar, great views, entertainment something for everyone in different parts of bars and the amphitheatre. I can honestly say you won't be disappointed if you book to stay here we will definitely be back and hopefully to stay in the same room. Great holiday thank-you.

To the attention of Mr Antonis Stamou, I saw a lot of different reviews here about hotel facilities, food and some other things that can't be most important than the staff, who makes all them facilities work for your stay to be extremely pleasant. Facilities and beauty are great, but without great people working for your company this will be impossible to create. So apart from great facilities i would like to mention here few names, as without them our stay won't be so enjoyable. 1. ONE AND ONLY ELPIDA- guest relation representative. This charming lady done everything in such a perfection, that without her our stay wouldn't be as great as it was. She is not only a person who will book your ala carte restaurants, she is the person who will explain you how to explore the Island in the best way to see more and all its beauty from all the edges. Her advises worth a gold medal. Thank you to her professionalism, dedication and great service- my husband had the best birthday ever and other part of our family regret they didn't book Lindos together with us. This charming lady definitely deserves some recognition for the patience that she has and the way she treats every single guest. No wonder when you get downstairs- you can see a big queue for her. The best advice if you don't want to have lazy holiday- rent a car and explore. 2. Manolis was amazing at the reception and changed our room and made sure that all expectations are met. Kateryna and Miss Chrissy at the reception were very pleasant and helped us with every query we had- thank you. 3. Company for car rentals ''Drive'' Yanis and Michail were extremely helpful and friendly and we loved having conversations with them to get to know the culture and which signs you should not be using on the road when driving in Greece :) 4. Restaurant staff Hanna, Daria, Jimmy, Marjeta were always there in the morning and evening and remembered what we like to eat/drink, so the drinks were appearing on our table without asking. Specially my morning coffee- such a blessing :) 5 .BAR staff- believe me or not- even there are plenty of bars, the best and only bartender for us was Gerasimos at the pool bar. This amazing gentlemen was the only one who knew how to make best drinks and cocktails that will please any picky taste. 6. Houskeeping ladies- cleaning room and passing by 5 times a day to make sure everything is perfect. Quick tip if you found a small bag of stones in the room- this is not a present from hotel!!! Please don't take this home with you! This is a Do Not Disturb sign that you put on your door- this is the only sign that they recognise not to enter the room- such an interesting way :) WE WOULD LIKE TO SAY BIG THANK YOU AND WELL DONE TO ALL THE TEAM MEMBERS AND THIS AMAZING HOTEL FOR EVERYTHING THEY'VE DONE FOR US TO FEEL SPECIAL AND WELCOME. Place and location sometimes are not the most important. The most important are people, who make the place this way. Many customers think staff are replaceable- SOME are not!!! ONLY RIGHT PEOPLE MAKE THINGS WORK. Natalija and Ilja

Due to a last minute cancellation by jet2 holidays ( 6 hours ) before setting off to airport we ended up booking this hotel with a recommendation by the holiday company ( sunshine holidays ) the morning we were due to fly to Fuerteventura for the next day .we have had a very nice holiday and the room a superior double with sea view was perfectly situated near the beach pool and bar and beach snack bar .the hotel is very spread out on many levels so not the best for anyone with mobility issues like me to get to the activity area I had to use 2 lifts but the grandchildren had no problem and loved it .the bars are well stocked and a variety of cocktails both alcohol & non available .the lobby bar area had live music & dance acts most nights and there is also an ampi theatre with live acts .the main restaurant adjacent to the lobby bar served breakfast lunch and dinner with a good wide variety of hot and cold meals to suit all tastes ( apart from the moaners who you can never suit ) .now for the few negatives which really are not that big an issue but there are themed restaurants to dine in with a reservation being done in reception or on the hotels mobile phone app which is where the problems start as we couldn’t book the restaurant as there were 3 to our rooms (2) and it kept saying when we selected 3 people it exceeded our number of occupants so very frustrating and even when we booked at reception for 6 people with a confirmation booking and arrived at restaurant only to be told there was no booking for us .the WC facility’s left a lot to be desired as this hotel is rated 5 star and the number of times the urinals were full to the brim because didn’t flush or the flush mechanism of the toilets was broken ?not what you want at any price .So all that said we had a great time so it’s thanks to the management and staff for a great 10 nights break .

This was our 4th time staying at this hotel. We travel a lot and visit hotels all over the world, but something about the Lindos Imperial keeps us coming back. It’s a lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, great entertainment, plenty to do, fabulous food and just a really great atmosphere. This definitely won’t be our last time at this hotel. We can’t wait until our next visit.

We had an amazing time at Lindos Imperial - the room was spacious with a super comfy bed and balcony overlooking the main pool area. We had a bath / shower over which suited us as we love a bath. Tea / coffee making facilities in the room was a bonus. We liked to sit on the terrace area of the main dining hall as it had more of a restaurant feel and the choice / quality of food we thought was really good, plenty fresh fruit and salad to choose from if you didn't want to overdo the calories, and lots of delicious deserts if you didn't care. Prosecco was available which was delicious and a good choice of cocktails, amazing cappuccino from the lobby main bar. We used both the poolside and beach to relax during the day but preferred the space on the beach and warm sea (need beach shoes due to stones - no problem though) nice snack bar with slush & ice cream as well as food & drink. We booked the various restaurants early on our first morning to secure a place and in the main they didn't disappoint, the steak was our favourite with the fish restaurant a close second. Everyone was friendly but we didn't sample too much of the entertainment my Nephew was getting married out there so the hotel was chosen for us and we caught up with family during the evenings. For us we enjoy a walk out around a traditional town / village so this was the only downside, you could however get a water taxi into Lindos which was an hours boat trip and well worth it, there is a regular bus service as well so it is possible to get around. All in all we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here.

It calls itself a 5* hotel, jet 2 says 4*+, on a good day it might be a 3*. It’s a huge hotel but built on a bit of a hill so if you have mobility issues maybe think again. First impressions were really good, room looked fine, spacious and very clean. Unfortunately the bath leaked and the door handle nearly pulled off, I reported it to reception on our first morning, it was still the same 11 days later when we left, the hotel did supply an extra towel to dry the bathroom floor. Most of the staff were burned out, hardly a smile and mostly grumpy, a few exceptions were the drinks staff at the beach, the worst were the bar staff in the main building. We ate in 3 of the specialtie restaurants, the Asian was outstanding, the Greek was very good and the Grill was probably the worst for service and food. 4 of us were having starters and it took 5 attempts at getting them right, they did bring a portion of baby potatoes which were sent back, when the mains came the potatoes came back out, cold! It didn’t really matter as we weren’t eating as a family anyway because it didn’t all come at the same time. Unfortunately desert was the same. We told the person in charge that we weren’t all that happy, she said she would talk to her boss and he said we could meet him after breakfast next morning, that would be 11am. We said that wouldn’t work as we would be at the beach, she said that was the complaint dealt with. My son in law actually met the general manager on his way to breakfast next morning, he offered us a meal in the Italian restaurant that night with a complimentary bottle of wine and late check outs on departure day. The day before we left the water was turned off throughout the hotel, it came back on at 6pm just in time for a cold shower before dinner, it went back off around 8pm. No toilet facilities were available throughout the hotel. The hotel needs a makeover, the tiles in the pool were broken and kids were cutting there feet, not a single toilet door anywhere in the hotel locked, and broken or loose tiles on the paths. It was nearly end of season but we weren’t paying end of season prices as it was school holidays.

We had a fabulous stay at Lindos Imperial. Yes, our room was a little tired but it was perfectly fine for our needs and fantastic value for money. The grounds are huge, so be prepared to walk! The entertainment at the ampitheatre was very good. We saw opera singers, soul singers and dance acts. Unfortunately, the star gazing was cancelled the week were there. My daughter was really looking forward to it, but it couldn't be helped. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Personally, I found the food to be great! Wonderful variety. We couldn't get any bookings for the restaurants as they were all fully booked. Initially we were disappointed, but the evening buffet had a different theme each night and I really could not fault it. You could get food/snacks from several snack bars around the resort throughout the day. I cannot understand why some people complain they would need a night time snack. Thank you Lindos Imperial for a lovely holiday. It was my daughter's first holiday abroad and she had an amazing time. If we were to return to Rhodes again we would definitely return to Lindos Imperial.
