Princess Andriana Resort & Spa garners acclaim for its array of amenities, with travelers particularly impressed by the dining options, the stunning pool, and the spa's tranquil treatments. The hotel's cleanliness is another high point, with guests consistently commending the immaculate common areas and attentive housekeeping.
While opinions on value and service are mixed, citing additional costs and occasional slow service, the friendly staff and lively atmosphere, complete with entertainment, contribute to a memorable experience. The location is praised for its beach proximity, despite being somewhat remote, and while rooms are generally well-received, some guests suggest improvements in noise control and bedding comfort.

Hotel's Favourite
This is going to be a completely honest, as much detail as I can review around our stay here. I will include pictures also. As I think sometimes it’s hard to gauge a review without actually seeing first hand.
Overall this hotel is ABSOLUTELY, incredible. 100% worth the 5 stars for sure. Please ignore any other reviews saying ‘this is a 4 star at best’ or ‘this isn’t a 5 star’, those are the sort of people that go to Primark and expect Gucci. Those people don’t quite understand how ‘stars’ work in the hotel industry clearly. We have stayed in many 4 star hotels and this blows all of those out of the water by a country mile.
Arrival - this was an extremely nice experience. The reception alone was just wow and so grand. The reception staff, couldn’t be more helpful, explaining about the hotel, where things are located and what is included. After you have had a chat with them, another member of staff will show you to your room or suite whilst they carry or wheel your bags for you. Such a lovely thing to experience. Once you are at your room, the staff member opens the door for you and shows you your room.
The room, 9010! - We booked the Junior Suite with a private pool. First time we have walked into a hotel room and said WOW! 2 TV’s, 2 sinks, 4 poster bed and an extremely comfortable sofa, especially to sleep on if one accidentally snores. The room has a mini fridge (free of charge), with fizzy drinks, beers and water, this gets stocked every 2 days. The air-con is just enough and keeps the room to a perfectly cold temperature and isn’t noisy like some air-con’s can be. The bed is extremely comfortable and is an actual king size bed, rather than 2 beds pushed together, this is good because you don’t end up on the floor in the middle of the night. It’s clean, tidy and maid happens around 1pm-2pm, so please don’t think that they have forgot you, I think due to the hotel being so big, the private pool rooms are on the other side of the road, so it takes them a while to get round. Fresh towels get delivered around 4:30pm - 5:30pm, which is a lovely touch as you will ALWAYS have fresh towels. The bathroom is lovely, huge bath, hot water, even has a floating toilet. Now, there are little bits that could be improved on for sure, for example, the grout in the tiles could be scrubbed, the sealant on the bath could benefit from being re sealed, just odd bits and bobs, however, how long do you actually spend in the bathroom? Some of the pool ties are missing, now, this never bothered us really as let’s be honest, you don’t stare at the pool do you? The pool is there to be used not to be inspected. Sun stays on the pool and patio area from sunrise until around 3:30pm - 4pm, essentially most of the day. The sun beds are also extremely comfortable and do feel a lot better quality than normal. Every single hotel even brand new ones or Ibero Star hotels will have bits and bobs that could be improved. Overall this is such an amazing room, we have never had a room like this before and will 1000000% be re booking this room again.
The private pool - this is actually in fact a private pool, I know some hotels will advertise pools being private and then when you see it, it’s more of a shared pool. But no, this is 100% a private pool, you have your own area to relax, sunbathe with 2 sun beds and get cool from the pool. It is also not a small pool, enough to certainly achieve some lengths. The private pool isn’t heated, so does give you a savage shock when you first get in, but after the initial system shock, it’s absolutely lovely. As stated in the room section of this review, some of the pool tiles are missing, however, this does not affect your ability to swim or have fun, nor does it cut your toes. We found the private pool such a lovely idea, as you can relax and stay cool without anyone else splashing or bumping into you. The pool also is clean and clear and even though there are people either side, once you are in the pool, you cannot see your neighbours, it actually does feel private.
Main Restaurant - on arrival, if this is breakfast lunch or dinner, you get greeted by the lovely staff. In the evening, the staff member will ask you how many people are in your flock and if you would like to sit inside or outside, they then radio through to find you a seat and then you go to your seat directed by the staff member. In the morning or lunch, you can sit where ever you like. The food here is really really nice and the buffet is absolutely massive, every meal fills you up and for ANYONE or ANY of the reviews saying ‘there’s no choice’ or ‘if your a fussy eater then you’ll struggle’ please don’t believe those childish reviews. If you’re a fussy eater, maybe come back when your appetite matures and if you say there is no choice, maybe you need to visit spec savers and grab some glasses. There is PLENTY of choice. So much in fact that, sometimes you can’t get everything on your plate, but by the time you’ve eaten everything on your plate, your to full to return for more. The food is tasty, perfectly cooked and the chefs also cook certain foods in front of everyone, which I would say is lovely to see. The staff are impeccably attentive, they come over, ask what you would like to drink and then leave you the bottle of what ever you have ordered, which is a first for an all inclusive hotel for us. They clear the tables as well in good time and are in fact a MASSIVE CREDIT, to the company and hotel chain. Every night is also different, I couldn’t say which night is which as we ate in the main restaurant twice and then ate in the other restaurants the other nights. Which I will get onto in their own sections.
BBQ - in fact, an actual BBQ. Not food that has been BBQ’d and then sat, it’s fresh BBQ food. Buffet style, with so much to choose from, from Lamb to Chicken to Salomon. The amount of meat they give you is also just insane, it’s so much but taste’s so good. I would 100% advise to not eat either breakfast or lunch before this as you won’t be able to eat it all. We had everything we could and were seriously full. Again, the staff standards did not drop here, so attentive and just couldn’t do more for you. The BBQ itself was cooked over coal, the lamb chicken and pork are on a rotisserie so all cooked to perfection. The steak was also so tasty and the first time we had a whole fish, filleted in front of us, which was so damn tasty. I just wish we could have eaten it all!! There are also, corn on the cobs, soup, mushrooms, mixed veg, rice and chips. You get a Greek salad to start also, with some bread rolls. This is however, €20 a person, now, personally I believe this is extremely under priced, for the amount of food you get put on your plate + the fact it’s unlimited, is just such good value for money. Worth noting, that it is card only. 10/10 meal.
Italian - the Italian, this was fabulous. Myself, I am not a massive Italian food fan, but my god this was good! Again, as each section, the staff were impeccable and attentive as always. This is a bit different however, as you order from a set 3 course menu, there are again, lots of choice. I had the Caprece salad to start, which was Devine. My girlfriend had the mushrooms variety sauté which she said was amazing. We then decided to typical brits and have a pizza each, I had the margarita and my girlfriend had the Carbonara my god these were just ‘chefs kiss’. So cheesy, flavoursome and tasty and massive. I had the Semi Freddo chocolate dessert and my girlfriend had the Tiramisu dessert and just again, incredible. Over all a MASSIVE 10/10 meal. Service, again, ‘chefs kiss’. Just perfect.
Burgers - the burgers, well well well, what do you expect at a burger place, BURGERS! Mighty fine ones at that..I enjoyed the truffle burger, in my opinion a good burger is a messy burger and my god it was messy, juicy and delicious! I could have happily eaten many more. My girlfriend had the spicy burger and she was also extremely impressed with how tasty, spicy and amazing it was. Service was also impeccable. The whole meal was a 10/10.
The Al A Carte - now, this is where you’re expecting me to rant and rave about how good this was, however….this just wasn’t that great. The service felt a bit off, which we think was due to the fact we didn’t buy any drinks, we just had the ones included in the all inclusive, so just didn’t feel that we had the service we had in the other restaurants. The food is nice for sure, but again, just not as nice as the other restaurants and of course, small portions. I had the beef cheek, my girlfriend had the lamb, nice, but not great. Would only rate this a 5/10 unfortunately. What does help it out, is the views, the views from the top are pretty amazing, so at least those were nice.
Drinks - now, with reading on the website, it states that branded spirits are not included in the all inclusive. This seems to be incorrect as ALL the cocktails we had, were all branded spirits, which was amazing! Certainly no complaints there and even though, unless you’re a spirit connoisseur, I don’t think you would really notice the taste difference, but it’s awesome to see. The alcohol portions are, as everyone knows abroad, just no measurements and they just pour as much as they feel into the cup! Safe to say, very strong and very very nice! Staff that serve you are again, as you can tell, the running theme here, just amazing! All happy and can never do enough for you.
The main pool - now, we can’t really comment on this as we didn’t use it once! Having your own private pool takes the need and want to go and sit round the main pool. However, it looks lovely and clean and lovely to swim in. All the deck chairs are made of a strong material, so none are ripped and they all work as they should. Bit strange though with the fact the angle of the back of the chair won’t go up very straight, so bit awkward to sit on. There are sun lounges built into the walls either side, one side is in the shade and the other side is in the sun and they are extremely comfy.
The entertainment - we only watched one bit of entertainment, which was The Lion King. This was absolutely AMAZING! Actors were so good and were just SO entertaining. I’m not the one for shows like this, but I really enjoyed it and was in stitches. So very very good for sure.
The hotel is also extending, so there are going to be more rooms, but not sure exactly which rooms they are going to be, but this just tells you what sort of hotel it is and how well it is doing.
Overall, this is an outstanding 5* hotel and in our opinion should be more stars as it’s just amazing! It really did blow us away and are going to be returning for sure into the same private pool room! All the other rooms do look amazing, but for us, the private pool is just ideal. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel and please do not let any of the negative reviews put you off as they are all a load of tosh.
I will include photos also, so you can see the garniture of the hotel!

Well what can I say?!
I read some reviews before arriving of people who had stayed this month too post Covid, and I honestly don’t know how anyone could write anything bad about this hotel.
When we arrived we were taken to our room and helped with our luggage, given sandwiches and water as we arrived so late.
The following morning we went for breakfast and the hotel is so clean staff make sure everyone sanitises their hands before entering the restaurant, so much choice and staff on every station happy to serve (all wear masks but are so friendly). I would advise you download the app as the bar menus are on there, there’s loads of choice we tried to make our way down the cocktail list. It failed as they are pretty strong.... the ‘midnight’ or spritzer though were our favourites!
You can book a free meal in one of the on site restaurants we went to the moonlight and it was a lovely treat.
The room is incredible, we had a private pool and it is so worth the extra, kids were in there all day everyday, main pool is big but is 1.5m deep so we preferred our private pool as it is only 1.15m deep.
Kids club still running and staff are so friendly, all activities outside due to Covid but they have a lovely play area there, football for the kids as well twice a week as they have an AstroTurf pitch!oh and the hotel has its own amphitheater with shows 3 times per week! As well as a synchronised water fountain with lights that dances to the music every night. As well as small bands upstairs too each night.
There’s on site mini golf that’s free to play, and archery for over 16’s and the hotel has a private beach 3 mins walk with a beach bar ! Beach is a stone beach so beach shoes are a must but there’s fish there so take goggles for snorkelling too, only Criticism is the on site shop prices for some things they are expensive , I would suggest walking out of the hotel and turning right (if the hotel is behind you) there’s a little shop 2 mins walk away that sells goggles/ shoes/ beach stuff for half the price!
So in terms of food, cleanliness, wow factor, entertainment and overall feel this hotel most definitely is a 5 * I’m not sure how they make a profit given the amount of staff and food/ drink available. (Maybe that’s why the shop is expensive )
I would like to specifically thank Vasilis and nikos at the royal bar for their effort with the kids and us for their exceptional service! But all the staff were incredible.
Would love to come again!

The hotel is very large and spread out nicely into various separate blocks. It’s got a very clean and modern feel to the place. Great large pool area with comfy loungers and the beach area is well maintained and only a short walk from the main hotel building via an underpass.
Food in the main restaurant is varied and provides a lot of options to suit all tastes. The fresh salads are really nice and there is fresh fish, other meats and various pasta dishes available. You can be as healthy or as unhealthy as you like e.g chips, pizzas and various fried options also available. There’s plenty of choice to suit everyone and my wife and I can’t see why there are others moaning about the quality of food. We appreciate you get what you pay for and yes if you pay for a proper 5 star hotel you can find much better food elsewhere but you would pay 4/5 times the price of this hotel and given the reasonable rates the hotel charges the food is much better than average.
A couple of downsides is the all inclusive drinks aren’t great. They use cheap weak alcohol and there are no branded spirits available the cocktails are unrecognizable compared to a drink in a nice bar in the UK on the all inc so I recommend stocking up in duty free as we did so you can enjoy a nice drink in your room. You also only get to use the a’la carte restaurants if you stay for more than 5 nights. If you stay for between 5-12 nights you can use a restaurant once. Two weeks holiday would get you into two restaurants which seems unfair when you are comparing to other similar type resorts. There is a surcharge of €30 per person if you want to book the restaurants privately which wouldn’t represent good value.
The rooms are modern and spacious with a lovely balcony area. They also have great modern bathrooms perfect for couples and families alike.
The location of the hotel is somewhat remote but it’s a 25 minute drive to the beautiful town of Lindos which is well worth a visit. Also try Tsambika beach approx 20 mins drive which has white sands and clear waters. If you want to stay in a hotel with walking options in terms of restaurants, alternative beaches etc nearby stay closer to Rhodes town.
As for the previous reviewer ‘What a hole’ the person in question is still walking around the hotel to this day, so much for leaving and returning to the UK on day 1 clearly the hotel wasn’t as bad as he described.

We visited 14 to 21 October during these very difficult and strange times due to covid.
We had 2 family members travelling with us who had been moved to another hotel under a week before travel by Jet2 due to an overbooking on the hotel which luckily they managed to transfer to here after a few days.
The transfer was around 1 hour 20 with a few drops.
Well once we arrived at the hotel it felt like what we had left in England was a distant dream that you wouldn’t want to repeat.
Sanitizer at entrance and dinning areas and toilets etc, face coverings optional.
We always carried our own sanitizer too.
All staff in suitable PPE and no problem really with social distancing.
Our room wasn’t exactly what we had booked as we visited last October and had an upgrade to a pool view room so decided we would upgrade this year to a sunny sea view room which unfortunately looked through trees and was above the delivery area which was quite noisy.
We upgraded the following day to a family room with a sea view ( Thankyou for the advice from the concierge).
Amazing room with amazing views... will be rebooking this room next year hopefully.
Food was lovely my only disappointment is that I never seen more Greek dishes.
When you have 3 Italians in your company and they say the meat and food is perfect... then you know your in the right place.
Yes breakfast times could be manic with distancing but that is not the fault of the hotel. We just got up earlier especially for the omelettes.
Desserts were amazing along with the fruits too.
Hard to get a table outside on an evening to watch singers but we always managed to find a seat inside.
We are not big drinkers but we enjoyed the wine and love a rum and coke at night so if you don’t mind paying you can always go to the VIP bar at the Moonlight restaurant and have a branded drink which we did after a few days. Service was professional and friendly.
Our daughter loved her hot chocolate.
Lindos by boat I would highly recommend and they do stop at the hotel beach regardless of what the other boat trip guy says.
Lindos beach is beautiful and a fabulous taverna “Kefele “ serves beautiful homemade fresh food with friendly Greek hospitality.
Rhodes Town is lovely but a long bus journey.
It was our family members first visit to the hotel and they loved it.
Thankyou again and we hope to see you again soon.

We are currently a week into our holiday staying in a jnr suite ( 9111).I really dont like leaving bad reviews but let's start with the negatives.......None.
Right, with that out the way here are a few positives. 1st and forrmost the staff. Every single member of the team we have talked to from the management to the house keepers are all so professional, very hard working and always have a smile and a hello. Cleanliness is the best I have seen in any hotel I have stayed in before with all surfaces constantly being stripped down and everything cleaned. The staff all ware face coverings to make guests feel at ease. The food in the main buffet restaurant is brilliant! There is so much choice and is extremely well prepared. I would be very happy if I had gone out at home and paid for this. We have ate at the moonlight restaurant and the paid beach BBQ(20€ PP) which were both very good and can say the BBQ is worth every penny.
It was my better half's birthday in the week and upon arrival there was a bottle of wine in the room and then another on her actual birthday. This was a really nice touch so thank you very much. We were supposed to be in Mexico but due to the global madness had to change to this hotel and I can say I am glad we did. We will most definitely be coming back!! Treat yourself to a massage in the spa, the girls are brilliant! I could go on and on with only good comments but I want to say a massive thanks to the Chefs and all the kitchen staff who rarely get a mention in peoples reviews but they are all exceptional here. To recap, great food, great cocktails, fantastic staff and the most clean hotel you could hope for....GET IT BOOKED!!!!

Myself & husband have been here twice 2017 and 2018 were planning our next visit hopefully 2021. I never usualy like to return to hotels but we love it here.
Rooms are lovely , we have had a standard room and also a junior suite, both have plenty of room.
There are however a few things we would suggest improving.......
There needs to be far more seating in the bar areas for the evening.
There also needs to be SMOKING areas, its awful when there are groups all around you at the pool chain smoking, also there should be no smoking anywhere where people are eating. As a non smoker you cannot escape it.
The hotel is modern, very clean and only a short walk to a private beach (pebbles) but we liked this as the water was so clear and you could see all the fish swimming around you. Also you can buy some beach shoes in the shop on site for around 7 Euros.
We have hired the private boat down at the beach which was great fun, also the glass bottom boat tour is well worth the money, you are taken around the coast, it was lovely to see Lindos from the sea, also get to jump off the boat for a swim. The captain is great fun :-)
We found the staff hit and miss, some smiles and helpful others not so much. The guy that serves on the terrace in the evenings is great, always remembers your drink and never lets you have an empty glass.
We are planning to return but at the moment we are looking at their new hotel also in Kiotari for ADULTS ONLY The Mayia Exclusive Resort and Spa.
I am sure we will be back to Princess Andrianna in the future :-)

We arrived to an elegant hotel for a 5 day getaway break. Once checked in we were assisted with our luggage and taken on a buggy by a friendly driver to our room. It was an elegant room with balcony overlooking the pool with a fridge, kettle, safe facilities and Air Conditioning unit. The Air Con was amazing in the room as temperatures hit 32 degrees 😎 We had an issue when we arrived initially that the beds were twin and not double but this was quickly rectified. The bed was actually really comfortable and room service came every two days replenishing bottled waters, towels, toiletries and bed linen. We collected beach towels provided by the hotel on the first day. The pool area was really trendy with bar area and sun loungers readily available. We were all inclusive and we really enjoyed the range of drinks on offer to us which was a good selection of alcohol cocktails, soft drinks, fresh juices and fresh coffee. The buffet styled food standards were high. Their were varied options catering to all tastes at breakfast , lunch and dinner. All the waitering and bar staff were friendly, hardworking and provided you with a prompt and excellent service. Included in all inclusive, we had x3 a la carte experiences during our stay which was a lovely experience. We visited the moonlight restaurant which was by far the most memorable. We highly recommend you visit this restaurant. The stoney beach is a stroll away as is the small town if you want to venture out. Entertainment was ongoing throughout the week and the entertainment staff were attentive. We were made aware of all the ongoing activities so we could be included and were made to feel most welcome to join in on the hotel fun. There was ongoing cleaning throughout the hotel and it was clear they were following strict adherence with Covid 19 guidance to keep everyone safe. The ambience and atmosphere overall created a lovely environment to feel relaxed on holiday. We would of loved to have stayed for a longer period of time if circumstances allowed. Big thankyou to all.

1. Room is cleaned every second day.
2. They only provide bottled water in the room fridge and it’s not enough for 1 day.
3. In all restaurants and bars (except Moonlight restaurant) they serve tap water.
4. Zero entertainment during the day. Fitness in the pool in the morning and that’s it. No music by the pool, very boring.
5. The hotel is packed but only 50% of guests manage to get a seat in the bar area in the evening as there is not enough seats. People have to sit on sun-beds or queue up in order to get a seat.
6. The hotel states itself as a luxury resort but they serve very cheap alcohol (except Moonlight restaurant where you have to pay for alcohol drinks or soft drinks even though it’s all inclusive hotel).
7. The snack bar by the beach has the least selection of food, don’t go there for lunch.
8. So far only 1 barman in reception (Georgios) in the entire hotel knows how to make cocktails.
9. The staff is very rude.
10. Food is delicious but selection is poor.
11. Big thanks to waiter Vassilios who looked after us during our stay and was exceptionally professional.

Dear Anna, We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, following your recent stay at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa. We are very sorry to read that your stay in our resort was not as enjoyable as expected and although we do not necessarily agree with all points raised we would still like to offer our apology for not being able to fully meet your satisfaction. Kindly allow us to note the following: Following government’s suggestions and regulations, housekeeping is indeed provided every second day. Without a doubt, all new regulations for prevention of spread of infection have had an impact on our Resort’s operation. Under these difficult circumstances your health and safety is our first priority. However, we would have been more than happy to provide daily housekeeping service for you room, in case you had made a request at the hotel’s front desk. With regards to the bottled water, we do refill the mini bar in the room every second day. However, tap water is also drinkable, as it is filtered twice with a procedure called reverse osmosis. Also, it is honestly surprising that you did not notice the various activities that take place during the day, as our Animation Team offers a vast variety of activities, which are also announced on a board opposite our main restaurant. Certainly, our A-Team would have been more than happy to inform you about all the activities, should you have contacted them through the Animation Box by the pool. With regards to the seating at the different hotel grounds, as per current regulations, all outdoor & indoor seating areas are re-arranged providing safe spacing between tables. This is to enforce social distancing and to ensure the safety of our valued guests. Furthermore, we need to mention that we rank the quality and the variety of the food served in all our restaurants and snack-bars amongst our top priorities. We carefully choose our food suppliers and apply the highest standards in food preparation, using mostly fresh hand-picked ingredients delivered daily to us. At our All-Day snack bar, a vast variety of products is provided, following a 14-days menu and our guests satisfaction is really high, according to our scores. We also find your comment regarding our staff to be general as it does not state your exact cause of dissatisfaction. We take pride of our friendly and attentive staff, who are always welcoming and trying their best in order to provide excellent services to our dear guests. Since the hotel’s opening, we have had numerous positive comments about our staff, which can be proven by the different reviews posted daily online. On the bright side, we highly appreciate your kind words about Vassilios and we will pass them on to him. Generally, please allow us to mention that we find your review to be unfair, since the points raised are not justified and do not represent the level of service provided at the hotel. It would have definitely been much more helpful if you had shared your comments with our Guest Relations Department while in resort, so that we could have provided the relevant explanations. It is always helpful, either for the hotel or for the other Tripadvisor community if there are some specific comments to understand which were the reasons that they left a bitter taste on your holidays. If you decide to check on trip advisor, you will notice that the most reviews have the best positive to say about our team, so a clarification would be really important. The thousands of positive comments and raving reviews collected in the years that the hotel successfully operates make us see reviews like yours only as a way of improving ourselves and moving forward and to provide great services. Best regards, Princess Andriana Resort and Spa

When you arrive at reception they are excellent, they show you exactly what’s what, a special mention to Katerina who is very helpful and helped us multiple times during our stay.
We stayed in a junior suite with a private pool, make no mistake; the pool is freezing! However very refreshing after sunbathing.
The main pool is great there’s no shortage of sun beds however the best sun spots tend to have towels reserved on the quite early. If you are keen sunbather head to the beach instead there’s a lot more free space.
The food was hit and miss in the restaurant as the themes vary and granted not for everyone but all in all you can always just get chips or pizza as they seem to be on everyday.
The moonlight restaurant is amazing as is the beach bbq.
Also with regards to inflatables, don’t bother buying one, just join the Facebook group named after this hotel and there are always people leaving the hotel and giving them away for free. Also if you walk past a room and it’s be the door it’s because the cleaners have left them there so grab one of them instead!
There is a roof terrace just next to reception, we discovered how nice it is the second to last night so don’t make the same mistake and enjoy it each evening as the view over the pool and fountains are great.
There are wild cats at the hotel which are fairly friendly which is nice also.
Would definitely stay here again.

We just back from a weeks holiday at Princess Andriana Resort. We payed extra for a room with a private pool and honestly it was worth every penny good sized clean pool, big balcony it was really great!
The food and a la carte restaurants was very good we particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant and the BBQ on the beach! Downside I found was the drinks for a 5* hotel the cocktails were very average to say the least no fresh ingredients very cheaply made. Also in the main restaurant (buffet) there was absolutely no social distancing what so ever people could not have cared less I tried to keep my distance but it was impossible.
I also found that the sun loungers, outside tables and chairs etc were not cleaned between uses as they stated they would be so not very covid secure.
The private beach was beautiful very clean and there were some turtles which was amazing to see! It is a pebbled beach so take appropriate footwear.
I found the vast majority of staff to be extremely friendly and helpful particularly George on the front desk he was great and could not be more helpful!
The worst thing about the hotel which would be the reason we would not visit again is how rubbish the atmosphere is on a night, there is usually one entertainment show by the animation team and despite the efforts it was rarely entertaining (I blame lack of budget) and once that was finished there was absolutely no where to sit, we could never get a seat on the balcony Upstairs which was a shame and the seats around the bar next to the pool were in the pitch black mostly and there was just no atmosphere what so ever it was incredibly boring! People were sitting in sun beds which should never be the case there was just no good music no where to have a little dance or anything.
We ended up going to the beach bar and lounge Mosa just along the road which was stylish, fantastic great atmosphere and music! It’s a shame because we payed for all inclusive but ended up spending a lot of Money away from the hotel at night because of this.

Hi, As far as I’m aware it’s only the large main pool that is heated , all other pools are either fresh water or salt water pools. We went in October a few years back and there were plenty of people using the main pool because it was heated even on the odd day it rained.
Wesr what your comfortable with and don't take the piss
Hi, yes you get to visit 3 out of the 4 once. The 4th is the beachside bbq which you need to pay for. You really need to book for all as soon as you get there as they can be quite difficult to book. If you book with reservation desk they can tell you what times/days they have available in each restaurant
