Really Nice Hotel at a Good Price. Really neat and clean hotel - food was good, entertainment was good fun and the staff were all very friendly. Make sure you got to Lindos and to Rhodes old town, can be done in a one day trip, if you hire a car and plan (which can be done for very good price at hotel)

Amazing hotel and would recommend to everyone. Food good, drinks good, lovely rooms and comfortable beds. Staff very pleasant and the animation team were amazing, and they all work so hard. Lovely feeling around the whole complex. We had a late flight home but were able to check out of our room in the morning, store our cases, and use the complementary shower rooms for half an hour later in the afternoon to freshen up before flying home. Will definitely be returning in the future. Well done Princess Andriana :-)

Lovely, clean hotel with brilliant facilities. Something for everyone whatever your needs. We loved the beach area and bar. Staff were really helpful. Great holiday. The third bed in the room wasn’t particularly comfortable and more suitable for a child rather than a young adult but reception changed the mattress and pillows for us and was much better after that.

Stayed here for a week at end of October/ start of November with my partner and children (10 & 6 Years). We had a room with shared swim up pool. Room was spacious and clean, plenty of storage. Maid service was excellent. Shared pool was much bigger than expected. Facilities within hotel were excellent, all staff were lovely, hotel is very well maintained. Food is very nice, wide range of choice in both buffet restaurant and snack bars. A La carte restaurants were all nice, food at moonlight restaurant and bbq is amazing. Bar had range of drinks and cocktails, had some special edition ones for Halloween. My daughter loved the mini disco at night and both children enjoyed the games room. The supermarket is well stocked. The beach was clean but glad we had water shoes as lots of stones and pebbles. There is cats at the hotel which we loved as we have a cat at home. They don’t bother you unless you approach them. We ventured into lindos, local bus service was prompt, bus was clean, driver kindly informed us when to get off. Highly recommend visit to acropolis. I can’t recommend this hotel and it’s staff highly enough, it was a fantastic family holiday and can’t wait to return.

We had the greatest time in this hotel. Stayed in 1207 from 17-24 October 2023. Weather, food, drinks and all the hotel staff were brilliant. Can't speak highly enough about all the staff and they made our holiday. From reception, porters, cleaners, waiting staff, bar staff, all were very friendly to my wife and I. Booked both the Moonlight restaurant and the Italian and both were very good. Proper Baileys in the main bar and great cocktails which were made fresh. Mini bar restocked every other day and one of the bar staff would get us our Baileys and Brandy Baileys in a plastic glass to take back to our room every night. Fabulous Fountain Show every night at 9pm which we could watch from our balcony with our drinks. wife had a massage which she enjoyed on the Saturday as I crossed the road to a Sports Bar. Hope to come back next year with more of our family.

Stayed in May 2022 and the hotel overall is really good if you're looking for an all inclusive experience. Our trip was technically just before the season started, so there was a bar/restaurant still closed, but the facilities overall were good. As part of our all inclusive package, you got to dine at the a la carte restaurants 3 times during the space of 1 week and you are given wristbands to show this. However, we ended up paying to have our booking/wristbands upgraded to premium as this meant you could have drinks made with premium/branded spirits, and could dine at the a la carte restaurants unlimited. We ended up going to the main a la carte Moonlight restaurant which was of a very good quality and the bartender at the same bar section of the restaurant made fantastic premium cocktails. It roughly cost us an additional £28-30 a day for this which I would say is worth it if you don't really want to eat at the buffet for dinner, and you will have more than 2 drinks at night. Wouldn't personally recommend the Italian "restaurant" as the quality wasn't good when we stayed. Mostly of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff as they did everything to accommodate us when checking in. But would definitely say there needs to be more staff at the pool bar as there were only 2 working when we were there, and there was over a dozen guests up at anytime so the queues could sometimes be far too long. We went to the spa and had a few massages which were really good and we did enjoy them thoroughly, but please be aware that these are expensive so may be not be feasible if you're on a budget. The indoor pool was also really nice and quiet which made a nice escape almost like an adults only area. If you want to go out for a day trip or to explore, there is a bus stop about a 5 minute walk away from the hotel on the main road which takes about 40 minutes to take you to the town of Lindos, which is a wonderful place but like a maze with a lot of rooftop restaurants. I think this only cost us 8 euros each return. All in all, a really nice all inclusive resort and would recommend if you're looking to stay in Rhodes.

October 2023 saw us staying at Princess Andriana for 24 hours due to a BA flight cancellation meaning our holiday was extended for 3 days. Our hotel had no availability for the first night so we were transferred to Princess Andriana for 24 hours until a room was available again in our chosen hotel (adults only). We weren’t overly keen to be sent to Princess Andriana having experienced quite poor service when we had last visited several years earlier. Also we weren’t looking forward to being in a family hotel as we imagined there would be lots of children around. On arrival we found the welcome at reception somewhat lukewarm but a lovely porter chatted to my husband whilst I checked us in and he informed hubby that he had been working there for around 8 years (I think since it first opened its doors). He offered to take our hand luggage to the room but we declined as it was just 1 floor up in the lift and we were confident we’d find out room easily enough. We were pleased to see the room was not far from the lift and were delighted to see that we had been upgraded to an Executive Suite for free which was really nice with a living room area and a four poster bed and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom had a toilet and sink and oddly enough a hairdryer and the other had a separate bathtub with Jacuzzi and a walk in shower. I made myself a bubble bath with the shower gel above the bath but try as I might I couldn’t get the Jacuzzi to work at all. The mini bar in the room had canned drinks, some soft drinks and a few cans of beer, which we didn’t use at all and tea/coffee facilities too. In the main bathroom I came across my main niggle which was that there was no conditioner only shampoo. I honestly didn’t expect this in a so called 5 star hotel and definitely NOT in an Executive Suite. There was also no body cream available. Thankfully we had brought our own body cream but the lack of conditioner was annoying. And it wasn’t as if it was missing, they just didn’t have any! There were fixed holders for the shower gel and shampoo above the bath and in the shower but no empty holders, so I guess conditioner is not a consideration! The view from our large balcony was a bit boring with the main road outside and a bit of a struggle to see the sea! Communal areas in the hotel were well maintained and the hotel shop sells lots of lovely souvenirs and gift items with really pleasant staff, although we thought it odd that the table tennis table had been moved from pool level to outside the shop, it seemed a bit of an inconvenience for those playing and those going past to get to the shop… We spent a few hours around the pool in the afternoon and hubby had a swim for less than 30 minutes and on exiting the pool, he said that I should be thankful that I didn’t venture into the pool as it stank of urine! I won’t repeat what else he said but suffice to say, it included something about showering numerous times to get the smell off himself! I guess it was to do with lots of children in the pool because the pool at the adults only hotel we’d been staying at for the preceding two weeks had no such issues! We went to dinner around 7.30 and found the buffet restaurant to have a good variety of food and it was very tasty. The hostess who greeted us when we entered the restaurant was lovely, I sadly can’t remember her name. The noise levels at dinner were quite horrendous – again bear in mind – we’ve got used to the peace and quiet in adults only hotels – so the sound of screaming children was a bit hard for us to put up with. Sitting on the balcony bar outside the main bar area, we watched the water fountain show at 9pm which was a lovely as we remembered it from our last visit. The bar staff were a huge improvement on our last visit and we were happy that service levels had improved as this is what had mainly put us off visiting this hotel again as it was REALLY bad the first visit and we had been told last time that it was hard to get good bar staff on the island – absolute nonsense as the adults only we’ve stayed at just 5 minutes down the road has the most exceptional bar staff you could ever hope to be served by! We had a lovely evening sitting outside with Morris Duo entertaining the guests from around 9.15 to 11pm (we had seen these guys previously elsewhere and loved them)! Maria, the fabulous singer, remembered us and greeted us very warmly and happily sang requests for us. It was a really fun evening. At breakfast next morning hubby said he didn’t want to go down which was good for him as the noise levels were even louder than at dinner the previous evening, with the children having slept well and full of energy for the new day! The food was plentiful and staff were efficient at topping everything up. Overall it was a much nicer experience than our previous visit but we probably wouldn’t visit again (way too noisy for us). A decent 4 out of 5 stars from me and thankful that the service levels have much improved. A special mention to Vasilis at the main bar (I hope that’s how it’s spelt). He was really charming and hugely efficient!

I chose this hotel at the last minute due to its star rating and reviews. When I first arrived i was taken back by the beautiful reception. Check in was easy and informative. We were asked if we needed any help with our bags but we were ok. Our first day i felt overwhelmed as the property is huge and i was overwhelmed. Second day i was getting used to things and i was fine. Room was lovely and couldn't fault it. I felt the bath was slippy so phoned reception and a mat was put in straight away. The bed was the best I had slept on in all the traveling I have done. Food in the buffet was good. I had read some reviews saying food was salty and greasy, I didn't find this the case at all. There was always plenty of choice and the staff would always answer any questions you had. There was an actual pure orange juice pressing machine as well as your usual juice dispensers. Every type of milk you could think of at breakfast, fruits and all the usual. Lunch and dinner had plenty of choice. Water was always available. If you asked at the buffet entrance they would give you a bottle any time and at reception. Drinks were of good quality and their iced coffee with Baileys was to die for. Pool was cold but once in wasn't a problem. The fountains changing colours at night were a nice touch. The grounds were beautifully kept. Didn't really bother with the entertainment but must admit children seemed happy at the club. Transport wasn't a problem as a bus stop opposite the hotel took you to all the main locations. Always plenty of sunbeds. If you got up early it was amazing to see all the cleaning staff cleaning around the pool. The a la carte was ok, the Moonlight being the best. If i had recommendations it would be that it is really slippy around the pool so it would be wise for children to wear swim shoes as they forget themselves. All the staff were happy and friendly to us and greeted us. It was my birthday when i was there and i had a bottle of cava and some special desserts left me. They also sang happy birthday with a cake. When we left there was a lovely box of local produce to say thank you for choosing us. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel to friends. Thank you Andriane you should be proud

We go home today after a lovely 10 days at the Princess Andriana. Rooms are really spacious and spotlessly clean - housekeeping on a couple of occasions needed a nudge to replenish things properly - we weren’t given enough towels one day and toilet roll not topped up but once notifying edition it was remedied straight away. Main gripe would be that irons aren’t available for the rooms - you’d think a 5 star hotel would offer this but upon request we was told there is an in house laundry service that can do this - at €3 per item this isn’t a monetary option. Food was varied and always lots of it - the showstoppers have to be the A La Carte restaurants all amazing especially the moonlight restaurant! We booked the restaurants before we arrived via email and had no issues getting into any of them (7 in our party) we had to amend one of our bookings during our stay and it was no issue to change. Didn’t get to see the entertainment and because it being end of season it stopped during the middle of our stay - didn’t make much difference to us as we’d often be back in the room early with our little one. Pool - very clean and plenty of sunbeds to choose from - wish the pool was heated as it was so cold! We did feel like with it being end of season that the hotel was gradually shutting everything down and was slightly noticeable ( more observations than complaints) - snack bar serves mr whippy ice cream but from Thursday the machine was switched off - my husband went to order some and was told it had finished due to end of season. Staff in restaurant were a bit complacent- tables not fully set up mostly at breakfast - no cups etc. all soft drinks were served from large bottles and most of the time was flat due to being left open - they had the draft machines but weren’t using them. We sat lastnight having a drink by the main bar and some of the entertainment staff were stood laughing and joking with the reception staff and messing with the lights in the reception area - didn’t come across as very professional. I get things start to slow down when closing but if your paying for a holiday you expect the full experience form start to finish regardless of the time of your stay. We have had a lovely holiday this is a really nice hotel and beautifully maintained. The negatives mentioned above id put down to end of season wind down - on the plus side not having to fight for a sunbed or a table at breakfast is a massive bonus!

I'm so shocked reading some of these reviews. Especially from people there at a similar time to us. We had the best week we've had for a very, very long time. In fact, we've already booked to return to this hotel next July. The food. Yes, the restaurants are hard to get into, but the buffets and beach snack bar have an astounding array of delicious foods. Foods that we were so thankful to have offered to us all day. We didn't want for a thing. Our room was gorgeous. It was kept beautifully clean and we were given an abundance of towels every day. The beach was incredible. We loved swimming amongst the fish. The entertainment was hilarious. Yes, yes it was cheesy as hell- but it was funny because of this! I saw a lot of adults getting swept into the shows and returning night after night to laugh some more. The animation team were superb and made me daughter feel like she'd made herself some new friends in them. Matteo kept as laughing for hours. As some of the other reviews mention, we did notice that the pool bar staff were rather aloof and fed up. We justified this to ourselves as being the end of season, and a season where residents of the island has the trauma of dealing with terrifying wild fires. However, when you're a very polite person yourself, it's nice to get a little back in return. We want to thank the staff at the Adrianna. We were looking for somewhere special to help us recover from a personally very hard two years of illness. They didn't disappoint. Myself and my daughter cried when it was time to leave. We can't wait to be back. The countdown timers are running. X
