We stayed at the Gaia royal from 12/10/16. On day one we asked receptionist about day trip out of the hotel her English was bad and she told us she couldn't help as we had no English rep at hotel. Just returned from staying at the Gaia Royal for a few days which we booked independently. The hotel is located about 5kms from Mastihari and a bit isolated however this was not a problem for us as we booked this hotel for a quiet break. The hotel check in was quick and we taken to our room by golf buggy....

We had to buy bottled water daily for our fridge in the room. Our room was great overlooking the bar and the pools. Rooms...

We arrived in the middle of the night with 2 small kids (1 and 3 years old). Transfer from the airport is very quick as the island is not that big-...
