We have a selection of high quality one and two bedroom apartments all situated in the Mogan Marina area, either in the first or second line. All apartments have air-conditioning,daily cleaning service, free WIFI and washing machines. All our apartments are unique with a large roof terrace and / or balcony and access to our large heated swimming pool just metres from your apartment. The beach is just 50 meters away. They are all fully equipped with everything guests need to enjoy a holiday.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

We found Peurto Mogán when on holiday a couple of years ago nearby. We disliked the holiday we had booked that time & said then if we ever came back to Gran Canaria for winter sun we would try to book these apartments. Arranging the booking independently suited us better and the help from the management company couldn’t have been better. They were quick to respond to our questions and booked our airport transfer. We didn’t have to pay anything until we arrived. Staying in 2 different apartments because we wanted to try out the different types we couldn’t fault them. We were offered to remain in one but we wanted to try out an apartment with a rooftop terrace and glad we did. Would definitely recommend spending a bit more on an apartment with a rooftop terrace. The apartments are clean and extremely well equipped. There is a maid service, free WiFi and UK tv. Reception are very friendly and helpful. Only issue we had is that we booked a double bed and the beds in both apartments we stayed in are two singles together. Unfortunately there was a shortage of linen to make up the beds as a proper double but this is a minor complaint as the beds were comfy. Loved to come back to the apartment at lunchtime and sit on the balcony having wine & tapas overlooking the bougainvillea and passers by. We also loved Puerto Mogán because of the choice of shops & restaurants, the quaint harbour and nice sandy beach. You need to discover the restaurants that suit your taste and choose carefully as some are not as good as others & all are busy. Would love to come back here and stay in the apartments, hopefully next year as can’t recommend highly enough. Great holiday would like to return with family.

We have been in one of Billy’s apartments for nearly 3 weeks and have just booked for next year. This is not our first time. It is spotless Billy and his staff are absolutely lovely can’t do enough for you. Cleaner comes daily sheets and towels changed frequently can’t fault it. Who ever wrote that review before this must have stayed somewhere else because none of this is sounding true to us.. we don’t have any cockroaches tell me are they included in the price. We do not know anything about all these brothers have only seen Billy (Irish) working hard. Be back next year. As many others do.

Puerto Mogan is the most beautiful quaint quiet little resort made all the more special because of Billy’s bar & restaurant & immaculate apartments . Once you arrive you know you will be looked after as if you were family . I have visited with family friends & solo & this place has never once disappointed me . I leave wishing I had booked an extra week no matter how long I have stayed or who has joined me on holidays

This is our 3rd time here and we usually love it but we won’t return again. Had this booked for 2 years and kept rolling it over due to covid. Kept in regular contact with the staff and explained how much we were looking forward to coming and gave a number of rooms we would be happy to stay in given we know the place so well. Arrived and were dumped in room 30 which is next to the noisy ship yard. The room is VERY dated and dirty. The shower had stains on the tiles and the toilet looks like it’s never seen bleach. The washing machine on the roof had dead cockroaches in it and appeared not to work. We enquired at the office who told us there was a unmarked switch in the apartment that turns on the power to the roof. It might have been useful to tell us this on arrival. We went to the pool only to be told the pool bar was closed until the end of June. The pool therefore lacked any atmosphere and you were unable to get food or drink. Again surely guests should be told that a major feature is shut. Furthermore the glass between the baby pool and the main pool is an absolute disgrace. All this time closed during covid the owners could have cleaned it! We won’t return here again and feel let down.

The apartments are dirty, the cleaner mops a host of apartments with the same dirty water, holes in the thread bare sheets, beds are cheap and uncomfortable. The staff in the office are rude and unhelpful. Spend your money elsewhere.

We had a wonderful 2 week holiday in one of Billy's apartments. Everything is all there in a short level walk. Bars, restaurants, shops, a beach marina and a large market on Friday. Billy watches carefully to make sure all is running smoothly and he I and sure will take care of any problems in a flash. There is also Marias pool bar and restaurant close by. A lovely heated pool with sun bed service on tap for food and drinks. All in all its a very well organised and smooth running organisation. We came home fully relaxed and thoroughly rested.

Fantastic apartment could not wish for a better apartment it was beautiful. With everything you could possibly need beautiful glasses & plates everything you would have & more in your kitchen at home . Amazing roof terrace with fully fitted kitchen sun beds L shaped sofa table & chairs . We definitely visit again in apartment 318 .

This is business owned by a family of three brothers and one Sister. Keep well clear. They each blame the other, if you complain about anything. Rotten games, still owed a €1000. Cockroaches everywhere. Little black insects get in to even closed food boxes.

Stayed at The Marina apartments right in the harbour area of Mogan . Central and ideal for quick access to the beach and restaurants. Clean and well equipped apartments with everything you may need for self catering. Great reception staff who do everything they can to please 😊 . Yoga by Lenka on the beach each morning an added treat !

We had a fabulous holiday at these lovely apartments. Great location in the Marina and we where so lucky with incredible weather. Easy check in and reception service, pleasant friendly staff. Apartment light and perfect size for the two of us. Cleaned every day. Use of Marina Cafe/Bar and pool which was to a high standard. Staff at Marina Bar extremely helpful and friendly. Looking forward to next visit..
