We were looking for a Very Special Place to stay and I would extremely recommend to stay at the Privilege Hôtel Ezra Beach Club, after 2 days in Pattaya and it was perfect beach holiday. The food was amazing, staff was so helpful and friendly from the check in through Housekeeping. We stayed in the Penthouse suite where was on the top floor which we could see the perfect view of Ocean and the whole Koh Phangan from our private and stylish balcony. This suite was spacious and well lay out. The spa also was worth to visit especially the Thai Massage buy one get one free , the hotel manager Amit personally dropped us and picked us going downtown, you have to take the VIP package for 300 baht/night this includes free laundry, free coconut, pickups and drop ups, buy 1 get 1 free cocktails, 50% off room upgrades. There is also travel packages at discounted prices going around islands, if your hotel guest you'll get best prices it's just opposite,
Overall, we would ‘t have wanted to be anywhere else for our special occasion, The Privilege hôtel Ezra stands out as definately being the best where just 10 mins to Chaweng Centre but far enough to have privacy and fierce holiday. We will defo be coming back here again!!!
(You can get a ferry from Donsak to Nathon Pier) to arrive at Ko Samui Island.

Located in picturesque Bangrak Beach, The Privilege Hotel Ezra Beach Club is the ideal stylish and welcoming hotel for your Koh Samui holiday. Stay in one of the their luxurious pool access rooms or a sumptuous beachfront villa complete with private pool. Indulge in breakfast while enjoying pool and sea views and take advantage of the optimal location to explore the local restaurants and shops. We loved watching the sunset each evening from our terrace and taking long walks along the beach admiring the crisp blue coastline. Service was impeccable throughout our stay and we loved all the luxurious touches including insanely comfortable beds, large inviting showers, and a giant refreshing infinity pool. An ideal choice for families or couples looking for great location, style, and luxury at the heart of Koh Samui.

Great 5 night stay, pool is beautiful, rooms great size and cleaned every day, bed is very big and comfy (we had pool access room) we uograded to vip and made use of the 1k laundry per person per day with no issues, but one get one free cocktails, free shuttle to beach and markets (make sure you book in advance - this wasn’t made clear to us but the reception team sorted us out no problem) lovely bunch of staff always willing to help. Breakfast was included with our package and was very limited and western, may be nice to have some Thai breakfast choices? Pool bar was advertised but only open twice during our stay and is simply a place to order rather than where drinks are made. Overall a Brilliant stay, will definitely come back and recommend!

I was a guest of this lovely hotel for almost a month. During stressful times of the Covid 19 .
I must say that I stayed in a lot of 5 stars hotels all over the world and although this hotel is ranked only 4.5* it deserves a 10 stars Rating ! Starting from the smallest details as house keeping , the level of Cleaning Gracious attitude and Attention to the smallest Details ranging to the most Accommodated reception stuff that will do and take care of everything for you in manner of seconds ( I must compliment Noi from the reception Especially) With a huge smile ! The bar and waiters staff that offers 24/7 room service and will do anything to make you feel like a king or a queen!
Can’t forget the most comfortable bed and Luxury bedding sheets possible.
And Anding with the most Gracious fun and life loving owner that will do his best to make your stay as fun as possible even in Quarantine .
I strongly recommend everyone that comes to Ko Samui to stay at this hotel .
❤️

What was supposed to be a one night at this beautiful hotel, I extended it 4 consecutive days because it was simply beautiful. I stayed in the privilege garden, in a bungalow type with all amenities I needed. The room was fanstastic with Thai decoration and mosquito net in the bed. Outside everyday I had a beautiful garden and an outdoor pool almost for me alone. Most of the guests stay at the hotel crossing the street, but it was an advantage in this case.
The hotel offers a shuttle bus every day for an affordable price and you are driven to Chawang beach, to big Buddha, to fishermen’s town, and other included offerings which made my staying really comfortable and great.
No doubt I would come back again. Take care ladies at the reception, you do an awesome job there, also the cleaning stuff and my friendly shuttle driver. Khob Kuhn Kah!

We loved our stay at this hotel, we were offered a room on the 4th floor for an extra 300bht per night which we refused, we were so glad we refused this as our allocated room was on the ground floor (fair enough we looked onto a wall so no view) but it was so easy to walk out to the pool or down on to the beach. The beach area is small but so peaceful with only a handful of sun loungers. There were always spare when we went out to sit.
Kayaks and paddle boards are available for use too.
Breakfast was included but we didn’t go for it as we aren’t big eaters first thing.
You can request a breakfast box if you are going out on a day trip.
2 bottles of water; 2 cans of coke and 2 packets of crisps were left daily and complimentary which were very much welcomed. There was the odd day when we didn’t receive these or coffee/creamer but it wasn’t a problem for us as we had our own too.
All the staff were lovely and friendly and took the time to speak to us. Cocktails at happy hour were 2 for 1 and tasty.
Loads of nice restaurants around the hotel for eating out some were recommended to us by staff on reception. They are helpful also for day trips and if you need info to go to the nearby places.

Recently stayed at this hotel for 1 week, arrived from the Airport with no luggage as Bangkok airways lost it, checked in to the hotel and was met by a lovely member of staff who was waiting for me, she offered me a welcome drink on arrival which was very much appreciated after a long flight.

After check in, was shown to my room which was a pool side deluxe room with Double bed and En-suite. Room was very clean, spacious and came with Fresh towels, Toiletries, a Mini fridge stocked with beers, satellite T.V, Aircon and some free drinks/snacks.

My stay came with free breakfast every morning, which was very handy and the selection was always really nice. Lots of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, eggs cooked to the way you wanted along with a choice of tea/coffee and fresh juices.

Staff are soo friendly and welcoming, they clean your room everyday and provide fresh sheets and towels as well as toiletries. The Hotel is quite modern and staff had decorated the reception for Chinese New Year with lanterns and fairy lights.

The position of the hotel is good, about 10 min drive in a taxi to Fisherman's village, which is full of bars/restaurants and shops. The hotel is also right on the beach, so you have the option to swim in the sea or the pool and look out onto the amazing views.

I loved my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend!

(Only negative thing I can think of is that the Pool Bar was never open, so it would be good to see this open in the future).

Price: Reasonably priced for waterfront view room. Room size is a little bit smaller than what I thought.

Location: About 10 minutes to Samui Airport, 18 minutes to Central Samui at Chaweng Beach and around 30 minutes from Nathon Pier

Amenities: The room provides full amenities including toothbrush, combs and the usual toiletries kit.

Facilities: Swimming pool is right in front of the ocean with private access to the beach.

Views - Spectacular day and night!!!

Buffet breakfast - very limited option

Room Service is great!!

When we arrived at 12pm, we were told by a lovely young lady at the front desk that our room wasn't ready which we were fine to wait until it was. A different woman came to the counter and said we could pay $400Baht more a night (we were booked for 8 nights) to be check in to one of the poolside units right away. We didn't want to be poolside for noise levels and privacy reasons but she insisted we look at the unit anyways. After viewing the room, we again declined the upgrade and were told very rudely "Ok, you will wait til 2pm for check-in then!"

Pool area wasn't very clean most days with empty glasses being left to sit all day and soggy cigarette butts left lying about. The pool is super narrow and small. The beach was not swim-able when we were there and the beach area not usable for lounging. Loud, bassy, repeated music at the pool area all day and night.

Breakfast was at a restaurant directly across the street which was a pain to cross some days. Some of the staff were friendly, some not at all. Not a lot of seating so it gets filled up at times and you'll have to go back later if this is the case. All the food was pretty bad. Tons of tiny ants crawling all over the breads, fruit, juice, milk and tea as well.

There is a 7-11 just up the road a bit which was great for things like big jugs of water and snacks. The Otteri self serve laundry place not too far away and super affordable.

I can not believe how they can say this hotel is 4 or 5 stars.. I believe this is 3 stars hotel with limited facility which the facility spread all around the place this side of the road the other side of the road .. do not believe in photos and for the price you can have a much better hotels around the area .. we book 5 nights with breakfast but the breakfast was so terrible that we did not want to even have the breakfast .. sorry management be honest with your gusts not just photoshop of the place .. I will never come to this place and do not recommend it as well
