We loved our one night stay at the lodge. Located just outside the National park it had a wonderfully spacious room, well propped and a big bathroom to go with it. Simba and the staff were very courteous and sweet. Simba gave some good advice on how to spend the morning at the Park. All in all , a place I would love to go back to.

Should we ever need to stay in Storms River again. It will definitely be at the Tsitsikhaya lodge and Spa. Great service and lovely facilities. After walking the infamous Otter trail, this is exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had excellent service and beautiful rooms. It was the perfect stopover before completing the otter trail hike. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the small town of Storms river. Delicious breakfast too

Tsitsikhaya was an absolute treat ! A little gem that felt like home away from home. When we came in we were welcomed by a very friendly and welcoming gentleman, Simba who then took us to our room. Our room had great space but could do with a bit more modern finishings. Public bathrooms could also do with a regular check up. The overall ambiance and feel of the place was great ! There’s a peaceful outside area where you can just laze around and relax your day away. The lovely little spa feels like a hidden oasis with a decent variety of treatments. During the evening there was a fun karaoke session that my colleague and I joined in on and had an absolute blast. Danielle attended to us in the morning and was so attentive to our needs, super service ! A Sunday lunch buffet would be a great addition to the menu especially for in-house guests that are just relaxing and not looking for a formal dining. This gem is definitely a place we’d visit again.…

Excellent service, hospitality, great food and clean rooms. We had a great stay never to forget and will definitely book there again on our next visit. Simba the manager went out of his way to make us feel so welcome and made sure we were all happy and enjoying ourselves. He is a professional manager with great peoples skills and delivers professional service with high standards and a great sense of humour! The front office ladies Anneline and Donielle were the best with super service. The food was great and well prepared by the Cheff Berenice! Thank you Simba and your team for everything and hope to see you soon!

We stop here to make trips into the Tsitsikamma Nationalpark. That was only a short distance away. Very friendly an helpful stuff. Nice rooms . Parking place belongs to the hotel. Very good restaurant. We would book this hotel again :)

Tsitsikhaya Lodge is a beautiful, serene piece of heaven. All the staff, but particularly Simba, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We both had a massage at the spa which was great. All round a fantastic experience. When we're next in the Storm's River area we know where we will be staying! Thank you Tsitsikhaya Lodge.

I share all the thoughts and opinions of the previous posts! Simba is an excellent host/ receptionist who really goes the extra mile to make one feel at home. He has the perfect personality for the role and is so bubbly. The rest of the staff were also lovely. Excellent food and excellent service. I highly recommend this place.

All was good in this nice small hotel - very good food and break fast - Rooms very niceley preped and very clean - we've had rain but still a lot of things to do in htis nice area of South Africa - we can recon that location and that hotelè!

We had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced as was the wine. Don’t be put off by the plastic menus. If undertaking a Google search you will come across Rafters restaurant and the Armagh Country Lodge and Spa. This is the same hotel and restaurant albeit under new ownership and a new name since 2021. Parts of the hotel grounds and swimming pool require upgrading hence I have not given it 5 stars. Even so it is a very comfortable hotel to stay in and only a short walk into the main village.
