Hotel Saadet garners praise for its immaculate cleanliness and hospitable staff, with many guests highlighting the spotless rooms and pristine pool area. Although the rooms are deemed functional, some guests find them to be rather basic and note additional fees for air conditioning. Nestled in a prime location, the hotel offers easy access to the beach and local entertainment while maintaining a quiet environment for restful nights. The value for money is frequently cited as favorable, despite some concerns over basic amenities and water pressure. Overall, the hotel's friendly atmosphere and welcoming vibe, especially around the pool, are repeatedly commended.

A very welcoming and friendly run family hotel.
The beds were really comfortable and although the air conditioning was an extra cost it was well worth the extra money.
The staff were always willing to help with any of your needs.
The pool area as well as the rest of the hotel was very clean and tidy.
Our room was cleaned daily and was ideally located, quiet at night for sleeping but only 10 minutes away from the seafront.
If we visited there again we would stay at this hotel without hesitation, it was good value for the money.
The breakfast was very basic, but was enough for our needs.

We just felt at home here. The hotel is run by a lovely family who really can't do enough for you. Baris who runs the hotel is so friendly and full of knowledge about the local area. His sister in law I mainly saw at breakfast - she was really lovely and helped me to practice my (very basic!) Turkish. Then there is Baris's mother and father who are smiley people who don't speak much English but try really hard to engage with you.

The rooms were basic but absolutely fine for a holiday. They were kept spotlessly clean by the cleaners who put fresh towels out and made up the beds daily. The shower did leak onto the floor and we could have done with more storage but this was not much of a problem for us.

The pool area was really clean. We managed to get a sunbed when we needed one but this might be harder in high season. There were drinks and food always available and this was of good quality including my regular Aryan which I always love to drink in Turkey. The included breakfast was Turkish and we really enjoyed it.

The hotel itself is not far from the local amenities. There is a shop literally 1 minute away for anything we needed to consume off site. We could walk to the dolmus stop in just over 5 mins which would take us to Yesilkent beach or Attinkum Centre. Buses also go to the markets from here. The walk to Altinkum centre is around 10 mins and the beach is lovely though not many sunbeds sadly which is why we always ventured to Yesilkent.

The other guests at the hotel were really friendly and included lots of solo travellers so we made many friends here.

Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a really nice relaxed holiday and would happily book again

This is a family run hotel, It is basic but clean. There is maid service everyday where beds are made and clean towels left daily. The rooms are small and cosy and air con is available for a small fee of £5 a day which I recommend as it makes a better night's sleep. Wifi connection is great throughout the hotel. The family that run this hotel are very nice and welcoming as well as very helpful when you need any tips or advice. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of both Turkish and English style breakfast. The pool is on the smaller size and is very clean and welcoming. The poolside bar is convenient for when you need a cold drink or a bite to eat with reasonable prices. The hotel is situated a short walk away from the beach and main strip where all the noisey bars and entertainment are. So would I come back to stay here? Yes I genuinely would.

We are just back from a wonderful week in Altinkum where we stayed at the family run Saadet Hotel, this a very friendly family run hotel where both the family and their staff are extremely helpful, they organised our boat trip, arranged taxis for us and answered all our questions. the rooms are cleaned daily, (bedding and towels changed daily), food wasnt to everyone's taste in our group but it was cooked fresh, breakfast was buffet style but we had mainly toast and fruit, lunch/snacks were cooked to order. of an evening there were plenty of starters to choose from and the main was different each evening, (usually consisting of 1 meat or fish choice). The outside area is always clean and tidy, the pool is really well looked after (a joy to be in) the staff that cover the bar and pool are very friendly and interact with all the guests, we all agreed that when returning to Altinkum next year we will definitely go back to the Saadet Hotel, a massive thank you to Barish, his parents, brother, bar and house keeping staff, YOU ALL MADE OUR TRIP A PLEASURE. See you all next year, from Meg and all the family from Scotland.

We have stayed at this family Hotel for 11 years and will continue to stay there for as long as we can. The family are welcoming, friendly and helpful whatever you need from directions to helping if you have any problems. Their food is excellent the service faultless nothing is too much trouble for any of them. The cleanliness at this hotel is also faultless the rooms are spotless, cleaned everyday, clean towels, bedding etc with cleaners always having a friendly smile. This hotel and the lovely family make our stay in Turkey feel like home. can't wait to see our Turkish family next year.

This was our first visit to Turkey, so we were unsure what to expect. The hotel is a small one with a lovely pool, clean rooms and friendly staff.

The rooms are basic but spotless and are cleaned, sheets and towels changed and bins emptied on a daily basis. Air conditioning is an extra, but worth paying. As a base it is ideal. If you're looking for all the bells and whistles, do not book here and then complain - that's unfair.

The pool area is lovely and clean, with showers and changing areas available. The pool is unheated, absolutely lovely when you're cooking in the sun! Sun loungers and seats are on a first come first served basis. Staff ensure that the area around the pool is clean and tidy. They also offer drinks and snacks from the small bar area.

We were b&b - breakfast was continental style and a good selection of cheeses, watermelon and bread was on offer. Evening meals can be provided too.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Giving advice on how to get to places etc. As a small family run hotel they really do a good job making you feel at home.

The beach is about 0.5 miles away.

Eating out you're best going up the main boulevard away from the beach area - it's cheaper and better quality food. Alo 24 is highly recommended.

Thanks a great holiday!

We’ve just returned from the lovely Hotel Saadet , a very friendly calm hotel with a nice atmosphere both during the day and in the evening , the pool was clean and never too crowed and we always got a sunbed in a sunny spot 😊
The pool snack bar was great with reasonably priced food and drinks
Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels given, we had a bright sunny room overlooking the pool.
The walk into the main area /beach was around 10 mins with lots of places to stop by on the way, was always nice at the end of the evening to return back , like coming home.
They have two family dogs , Jesse and Ria , who we absolutely adored 😍
All in all we had a great holiday and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing break.

Lovely family run hotel, made to feel very welcome from the minute we arrived and always greeted with a smile. We travelled with both of my parents who are deaf, the effort Baris, Jenk & the family put in to communicate with them was so appreciated. Staff were very accommodating and always made an effort to help with whatever you need. The hotel didn't have the ingredients for pina coladas when we tried to order them and the next day they had went out their way to buy it all and made them for us (they were great!!) Rooms were very clean and towels and bedding were changed every day aircon is £5 a day which is well worth it in this heat. The pool itself and the pool area was also spotless. Food was great and the drink and snack prices are cheaper than going to the shop. The beach, restaurants and pubs are a short walk away. Also the family recommended the sunset boat trip which is also family run, the hotel organise it for you to be picked up and dropped off (we went 3 times) it was amazing great day out. Already looking forward to coming back to Hotel Saadet next year!
Beth & Trixi :) x

This hotel rated 3star in my opinion should be a five for the staffs attentive attitude towards its guests. There is a relaxed atmosphere almost homely and you feel like you’ve known the family that run it for years.
The rooms are basic but adequate with comfortable beds and pillows. Air con can be purchased for an extra £5 a day (well worth it,& bring your own kettle) The breakfast and food menu around the pool or for dinner is delicious, cooked by the family and reasonably priced. A 15 minute walk gets you to either the beach in one direction or the main shopping in the other. The size of the pool is not overly large but does lend itself to getting to know the other guest quite easily if you want to. The cleaning staff keep the place immaculate and there are two dogs (family pets) who roam around at certain times of the day. There’s not much to dislike about The Saadet hotel and we will visit this hotel again :))

A lovely family run hotel. The welcome you receive and the service after is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and housekeeping maintain it during your stay to a high standard. Breakfast is Turkish cheese, meats, tomatoes and cucumber with cereal, toast and coffee to set you up on your day! If you’re feeling peckish by the pool you can buy some food and this is great, for me the cheese toastie was a hit! Drinks and food are reasonably priced and worth it if you don’t fancy venturing out! Everywhere is clean and tidy, the walk down to the beach is about 10 mins downhill. There is free WiFi, TV in the room (although I didn’t use mine) and air con is an additional cost should you want it! I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area and wants an easy relaxed base to stay! Thank you for having me 😀
