Visited with Sherrings Coach Holidays. Hotel pleasant, staff speak little English but they do try. Rooms fine but no tea/coffee in bedrooms. Hotel is in a little village, if you like walking you'll love the area. There are two little supermarkets about 200metres one way and around the same the other pass the church. Very reasonable. Some of the shops...

No reception staff after 8pm. All inclusive deal looked good, but was marred by unhelpful barman, singular, the hotel was packed. Insufficient food at times, ( if you hadnt beaten the Germans to the servery) and it wasnt particularly well cooked or presented. There appeared to be a shortage of staff clearing tables. The breakfast scrum, for tables and food...

We stayed while visiting the local sights including day trips around the area countryside and towns. The rooms and beds were good, the staff very friendly and while the food was good basic staple fare, not gourmet, it was more than adequate. No one lost any weight there! We did not use the pool or hot tub only because we...

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days from 17th September 2015. The hotel was very clean and my room was well presented and clean and overlooked the courtyard and had a balcony, I went with National Holidays and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. It had a lovely swimming pool and was a good place for going walking. The food...

Stayed here on a Shearings coach trip. A nice bedroom with plenty of space. Bedding was a little cold could have done with better quilt. Clean and tidy. Rooms only cleaned every other day but that could have been my fault as I never put the card on the door for cleaning. Food was not the best as no choice...

I had read various reports about this hotel. Some were downright frightening. In my experience, this hotel is very good. The rooms are clean and functional. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It would be good to learn a few basic words in German but a lot if the staff have passable English. The swimming pool is excellent, very...

Not the best hotel Shearings uses - situated on a busy main road - arrival had to park coach across the road - slight incline to hotel - downside for people with mobility problems. Small bar opens late underneath some of the rooms can get noise from there, and from the road, and if your room is looking over the...

Stayed with Shearings "Hidden Bavaria tour". Nice enough spot and spacious clean rooms, all on two floors. The downside, no English spoken channels on T.V. no hairdryer, no fridge to keep drinks cool, and no kettle to make a hot drink. All small details but can slightly spoil what was, overall not a bad hotel. Good clean indoor pool with sauna, steam...

Stayed with Shearings.. Found the hotel to be very good. Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel receptionist was very helpful and was eager to learn some English. Food was great, plenty to chose from. Enjoyed our time there.
