9 years ago I found this hotel by accident online. But this is our 4th visit and this magical place keeps giving. The staff are beyond friendly they are beautiful souls. The basic studio room is one of the best I have ever stayed in. It is not modern or flashy. It is loved, walking around you can almost feel it breathing. It has a character a personality. It welcomes your every step. If you welcome it into your heart the magic will happen. Added to this are all the facilities of the Cape Panwa Hotel and the experience goes to a whole new level.

My wife and I have just returned again from another month at this fantastic apart hotel. The management and all the staff pull out all the stops to make your stay something special. Improvements are being made all the time, they are installing a new lift to take you from the ground floor to reception. They do need to look at the hot water supply to the rooms, as it is showing its age. We look forward to seeing you all again next year.

I have just returned home after 2 lovely relaxing weeks at Kantary Bay. The staff are definitely the best, always so friendly and welcoming, I was given a great room which I really appreciated. Actually, more Apartment Style accommodation than a hotel room with cooking facilities however there’s a really good choice of places to eat nearby. I feel that I keep repeating myself with Kantary Bay reviews but the staff do not slacken off, they keep their standards up.

We were recommended by a family member to stay here, and have not been disappointed! Greeted personally at the hotel entrance on our arrival by the receptionist and other staff, from start to finish all staff were so friendly, courteous and eager to help - nothing was too much trouble for them, and always smiling. We had Room 342, a one bedroomed suite which was very roomy and spotlessly clean . There was also a balcony with sea view. Breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and there were many hot and cold choices. Used the facility of shuttle bus to sister hotel, Cape Panwa, which had a lovely pool area with complimentary cabanas and sunbeds for Kantary Bay guests also. Special thanks to Bow and Kik - so helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay so memorable!

Solo traveller needed to get out of cites for few days. This is the perfect hotel to stay in. Quiet location. Whole area walkable e.g 7-eleven, pharmacy, cafe, restaurants, massage parlour etc. Kantary Bay Hotel is more than I expected for the price I've paid. Staffs are all very friendly and smiley. Room is clean and tidy, shower pressure is good, drainage no problem, toilet flush powerful, balcony view towards sea was perfect, aircon works great, bed was comfy not to soft till you 'sink' in, TV channels connection was stable so does the room wifi, spacious good for big luggages and not forgetting there's 2 swimming pools. Downside there's no lifts only stairs and slope for easier wheeling luggage or wheelchair person. Small shuttle van send guests to their sister's hotel Cape Panwa hotel. Hotel Beach looks normal nothing to 'wow' about but is quiet. Drinks prices is overrated and taste average. Kantary swimming pool have my time more than beach. Overall worth what you pay and definitely be back again. …

Lovely hotel with two swimming pools and lots of green plants. Nice ambient and super friendly stuffs! Our room with ocean view was amazing! Big plus: you can enjoy the beach at the cape Panwa hotel as well including the transfer and cable car down to the beach. Just a small thing: the lobby is at the first floor and there are just a little too much stairs for my mom to climb, who has problem with knees.

Absolutely love this hotel First time to Thailand and would go back in a heart beat The staff so friendly and always able to help if needed The hotel is 15 mins away from Phuket Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough Perfect for families and the facilities to use at the neighbouring hotel cape panwa The beach is beautiful and so relaxing.

Hotel have a very good location and high level of service. Large comfortable rooms with kitchenette. I am very grateful hotel staff for upgrading my room. I lived in a suite with the best sea view. Thay have a shuttle to the well-equipped beach of the neighboring hotel. In hotel you may order John Gray's Hong by Starlinght tour to James Bond Islands much cheaper, this is their company. The hotel staff very welcoming and friendly. I have stayed at this hotel twice and have been very pleased always. The hotel staff kindly allowed me a late check-out, I had an evening flight. I was very pleased with my stay, thanks to everyone!

The staff at Kantary are extremely friendly, nothing was too much bother. The room was spacious and the maids kept it very clean and always well stocked. It has a great position and street stalls outside. So many returning guests says it all.
