We spent some time choosing a hotel for our first visit to Trentino, and after reading the reviews and looking at their website we decided to book it for a week. It's even better than our expectations! I will try to summarize our impressions and I rarely give a rating of five: the owner Franz and his family strive to treat their clients in the best possible way, and they are quite successful at that: everybody including the staff are extremely courteous and helpful, and try to accommodate every request. The hotel has been renovated this year in an amazing way: designer furniture with a local inspiration all over, from the hall to the spa, and the rooms are spacious, cozy, very clean, with great amenities (including a stilish bag you can take to the spa) and made with the best wood. The pool is amazing, and the natural lake makes you want to spend the whole afternoon there. We met some families who keep coming year after year and said the hotel gets better and better. We choose the half board formula and every night it's a feast with a wide choice of salads, a freshly made soup, a starter, a main course and a dessert, and everything is beautifully presented, fresh and tasty. The chef can span from mittel-European to Italian dishes and combines very well local products with sea food. Just one advice from a pasta lover: to improve the tomato sauce :-) the buffet breakfast offers all you can wish for, including home made pies. Every morning a four page booklet is waiting at our table with the weather forecast, suggestions for excursions, a recipe and much more, a very nice gesture from the owners. Finally, the location is very strategic if you want to visit as many locations as possible from beautiful Sud Tirol and the Dolomites region.

We spent a wonderful week in this lovely and welcoming hotel in Naz on the apple plateau, 5 km from Bressanone. The structure is equipped with every comfort: gym, swimming pool, a swimming pond and a wellness centre, all very well looked after. The room with internal sauna was a pleasant surprise. The director and her husband are wonderful and helpful people and always know how to recommend the best excursions based on the weather and your needs. Splendid stay during the week of August. Everything was impeccable: comfortable, bright, spacious and spotlessly clean room with a small livable terrace that directly overlooked the outdoor swimming pool. Excellent food: from breakfast with a vast choice of sweet and savory to dinner with truly delicious menus and dishes (the mid-August dinners and the evening with a typical South Tyrolean menu were sensational). Very kind and always available dining room staff. Very beautiful, spacious and well-kept wellness and relaxation area (brand new sun loungers, lawn in excellent condition, suggestive natural lake, wonderful outdoor sauna, outdoor swimming pool with optimal temperature, unmissable relaxation rooms). Every morning in the newsletter which is delivered directly at breakfast, excursions and trips in the surrounding area are proposed as well as the various events of the period. We stayed for 10 days at this beautiful hotel. The structure is very well kept, located away from the road and very quiet. We had a great time. The owners made us feel at home, pampering us with great passion and dedication. The staff is very kind and helpful. The wellness area is very beautiful, well structured and offers various options ranging from the infinity pool to the Finnish sauna positioned near a swimming pond. To top it all off, there is also a very welcome outdoor hydromassage tub. Special mention for the cuisine which we found truly excellent, with refined and always varied dishes, with attention to both taste and presentation. The breakfast was also delicious and full of fresh, homemade products. Basically one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Congratulations to the owners and all the staff.
