Great week ski stay at this amazing hotel. The owner and all the staff was really helpful and helped us with everything we needed. The Spa was AMAZING, by far the best spa I have been to.The food was extremely good. Would recommend to anyone! Both families and also for solo travellers and couples.

Staff at helpdesk and owner not friendly or helpfull . Meals not for a level 4 stars. Saladbar en dessertbar many times empty. Rooms or good but a lot of noise. Locatie of the hotel is good. Staff in dining room is very friendly.

After many years of coming here we can truly say that it’s a great hotel. The room is always cleaned (perfectly!), the staff is well prepared, nice and adorable. The maitre Vincenzo and waiting staff are very well educated and polite. The manager Evelyn is really nice and ready to solve any potential problems. There is the parking with a lot of space. The food in the restaurant is delicious and it’s different every day. Thank you to the family of Hotel Shandranj for making our stays so lovely every year!

We had a junior suite with private sauna. The room is big a nice decorated with typical Sudtirol design. Nice view on mountains. Cleaning service at high standards - every day someone look after our place. The hotel is really good for families - dedicated rooms, facilities, cinema.... The other side of the coin is that for others the hotel is a little bit noisy:) Ski area is located just 2 minutes by car. Now about the restaurant and food. That was the biggest disappointment - poor choice and quality, very noisy, too fast service (one hour from the starter till dessert). Next time I rather find a different location....

Dear Aa884. many thanks for your stay in our Hotel Shandranj. We are really very happy that you enjoyed the new Romantic & Spa jr. suite! Our entire team loves taking care of our guests, with perfect cleaning and a high level of service. We are a family hotel and during school holidays many families spend their holidays in Shandranj with their children, which is why it can sometimes be a bit noisy. In April we are going to renovate the entire wellness area: next winter you will find a new area dedicated to families and another for adults only. We are sure that this will contribute to grant an enjoyable stay even during the children's holidays. We have a professional and well-prepared cooking team: they propose all homemade dishes, that are usueally very appreciated by our guest. We are sorry that the restaurant service was too fast: the waiters take care of the main dishes, the rest is presented by a large buffet. We keep your words as a precious suggest: we will put more attention and try to be sensible to the wishes of quite couples. We have been to this hotel 3 times. We are not looking for another place to rest, because here is everything we need: great atmosphere, friendly service, clean and nice rooms, delicious food, ski bus under the hotel. We will definitely come here more than once!

Just four more beautiful days have just finished in a place that we consider almost our home in the Dolomites. A team of fantastic people who, like the other two times we were there, made our stay pleasant. Great for mountain lovers who may even have children. We will be going back soon. Fantastic cuisine, beautiful and well organized excursions. Fantastic animation for children. A stone's throw from beautiful places for both cross-country and non-cross-country skiing.

Hotel is placed 5 minutes by bus from Pampeago Ski center, it has its own bus stop (some skibus are only for hotel guests), good food, very Nice and helpful stuff, interior looks a bit old but everything is very clean!

We spend a week of skiing holidays in this hotel. The rooms are not the best I've seen in four star hotels, but it was nice and tidy with wonderful morning view at the top of the mountain. Food was delicious and the restaurant staff was greeting guests in all european languages which was nice. There is pool and relax zone with turkish baths and sauna. In the evening kids are not allowed to the pool so it is possible to ralax the muscles swimming. The hotel is 5 minutes bus ride from the Pampeago ski-slope - free busses stop at the hotel every 15-20 minutes, so we could leave a car at the parking. The wifi is the only weak point - it works in some parts of the hotel quite well, but in our room only bathroom was covered :-(

Actually, we could only advise this hotel: clean, good atmosphere, good food, nice location for skiing. Unfortunately, we did want to use the hotel laundry: first it was difficult to arrange the conditions for it, we wanted to pay lump sum for washing, the receptionist said it is impossible due to big size of washing machine. Than we could do it but apparently the price was double as high as agreed - because we used the washing machine twice as we heard. So, do not use any of the additional service of the hotel, than things are right and you have a good memories.

Dear Wojciech, many thanks for your positive review for you fantastic stay at hotel Shandranj. We dont' agree with your opinion concerning the laundry. You where informed before arrival from your travel agency, that it where possible to wash cloths in our laundry. You asked again during your stay at Hotel Shandranj and you where informed again, that laudry service was available, with two different washing mode opportunities: 1st opportunity: washing, ironing, and delivery of the folded laudry in the room within the next 24 hours. In this case we charge each washed garment, as detailed specified in the room information folder. 2nd opportunity: washing and delivery of the folden laundy in the room within the next 24 hours for the special price of 30€ for each washing machine. At the moment you delivered your clothes at the reception, we informed you, that it was an amount of laudy, to fill up 2 washing machines.
