Wonderful place. Game is very different to other places I have stayed in. Lots of elephants and water buffalo, very good for birds also. One thing I will mention is that the road from the airstrip to the camp was quite rough - the area was unusually dry due to late & low rainfall last year. That said it was... More

Dear Sara Happy 50th birthday! We are glad to hear that you had a wonderful day! We are very unfortunate to have experienced such a dry winter and with the rains not reaching Linyanti from the Angolan Heights, game is sparse. However, this does not mean that there is no game at all! Wildlife travel many miles per day to... More

This African Bush Camp in the Chobe Enclave was booked through the very helpful Justine at Rhino Africa. We were here the 2nd week of September for 3 nights (I highly recommend a 3 night minimum at any camp). We were given notice about a month prior to travel that there would be no water based activities as the flood... More

This was our first stop in Botswana and what an amazing experience! Loved the bush camp, our tent was huge and comfortable with lovely toiletries and exceptional attention to detail. To be welcomed with singing and cool towels or a drink is special, not to mention elephants and a lion in the camp our first night! The guides were excellent... More

Linyanti did not make the best first impression - the river was unusually dry and the roads were very rough and long, but the camp, its amazing staff and the guided safari experience made up for this and much more. Linyanti is secluded, has many hidden corners and sights and our guide (Mr. B) made sure we discovered some of... More

Hello Thank you for reviewing Linyanti Bush Camp. We are always delighted to hear feedback from guests. It is an unfortunate reality that the river is so dry, and if we could, we would fill it ourselves! However, you are absolutely correct and the sightings are magnificent! We are glad that after the initial impressions, your kind was changed. We... More

Very nice location & nice camp in the bush, with plenty of elephants even at night next to your tent. Unfortunately there was no water in the river, which was a disappointment. Good service, Emma is everywhere & very helpful. Food is good. A few details to be improved : size of the shower, extremely small resulting in overflow in... More

As a solo traveler I enjoyed the communal dining. Food was superb. It was even served once in the bush with a grand view of the plains! Heli ride is a great way to see Sitatunga, Hippos, huge buffalo herds. Finally spotted a Honey Badger and a Python. Had a lot of meaningful conversations with my guide Paul. The expertise... More
